His energy 'thought ' was a plan to bring our country down to the level of other less developed countries. When he became dictator in his 2nd term he would crush our country and change it into something most sane people don't want. I keep hoping Mickey Mouse would run for president. He at least could beat the Socialists in power now.

Obama always wanted us to pay more at the pump, so that he could drive into using green energy. It does not matter that the country is not ready for it on large scale, 0r, that the costs of clothing, food, and every things escalate with rising fuel costs. Finally, Obama has done something that the msm public relations reporters can not cover for him. Although none of this is his fault of course. He is a master at demonizing and blaming others

"Energy policy, energy policy? I don't care about no stinkin energy policy" ~ B. Obama

Americans have an illogical love affair with their vehicles. There are 209 million licensed drivers in the U.S. and 260 million vehicles. The U.S. has a higher number of motor vehicles per capita than every country in the world at 845 per 1,000 people. Germany has 540; Japan has 593; Britain has 525; and China has 37. The population of the United States has risen from 203 million in 1970 to 311 million today, an increase of 108 million in 42 years. Over this same time frame, the number of motor vehicles on our crumbling highways has grown by 150 million. This might explain why a country that has 4.5% of the world’s population consumes 22% of the world’s daily oil supply. This might also further explain the Iraq War, the Afghanistan occupation, the Libyan “intervention”, and the coming war with Iran. Automobiles have been a vital component in the financial Ponzi scheme that has passed for our economic system over the last thirty years. For most of the past thirty years annual vehicle sales have ranged between 15 million and 20 million, with only occasional drops below that level during recessions. They actually surged during the 2001-2002 recession as Americans dutifully obeyed their moron President and bought millions of monster SUVs, Hummers, and Silverado pickups with 0% financing from GM to defeat terrorism. Alan Greenspan provided the fuel, with ridiculously low interest rates. The Madison Avenue media maggots provided the transmission fluid by convincing millions of willfully ignorant Americans to buy or lease vehicles they couldn’t afford. And the financially clueless dupes pushed the pedal to the metal, until everyone went off the cliff in 2008.

He is on the path he has planned out from the start, to make our country become a socialist nation & have to depend on foreign oil instead of our own natural resources. This NO GOOD MARXIST THUG SCUM BAG is now putting into place more regulations to control all of the U.S natural resources & if he has his way he will declare martial law & there won't be any elections he will stand up & declare his dictatorship then there will be riots & violence all across this country & a call for congress to impeach him asap !!

Obama told us the first year that we would not be able to keep our homes as warm as we like. We now have SMART METERS on our electric and water meters that can be controled by others.
Obama's EPA’s attack on coal mining has caused electricity bills to rise.

“Most of today’s oil production increases relate to projects begun before [Obama] came into office,” said Erik Milito of the American Petroleum Institute, an industry group representing more than 500 oil and gas companies.

According to Milito, “Gasoline prices are higher today at least in part because government has neglected to pay sufficient attention to the importance of producing more of our own oil and natural gas.”

In all respects, Obama has harmed our energy production and prices because of massive increases in his Environmental Protection Agencies policies.

It is one thing to do research on new ways but another to deliberately force prices up so they can tax the bejesus out of the profits and bankrupt the people in the process.

That's right. He has dramatically increased fuel prices. As he intended. He looks to a future in which no person, except a law-enforcement officer, a bodyguardsman, an emergency first-responder, or a limo driver shall operate an automobile.
