If Court Justice Clarence Thomas had a shred of self-respect left, he would have resigned when his wife, Ginny Thomas decided to harass Anita Hill. Thomas said in his annual financial disclosure statements over the last six years, the employment of his wife, Virginia Thomas, was “inadvertently omitted due to a misunderstanding of the filing instructions.” If the man is too damn stupid to file taxes, then why is he one of the Supremes?

I am guess Scalia went hunting with Cheney again so he could be told how to vote on immigration.

Afer hobnobbing with Koch Brothers ( Scalia) at one of their many retreats, it comes as no surprise that the current Supreme Court view that the First Amendment free-speech clause protects a right for corporations and wealthy individuals to spend unlimited amounts of money to influence who gets elected to the Presidency or to Congress. Hamilton, in Federalist Paper 78, wrote: “The general liberty of the people can never be endangered”. That apparently is now insignificant.

The John Roberts court is nothing more than another political body in Washington, D.C. John Roberts, who lied about his reverence for precedent in his confirmation process, orchestrated the dreadful Citizens United case. It has legitimized Watergate-era corruption except for the break-ins.

Sotomayor was a card carrying LaRaza member for 6 years who should have recused herself from the AZ SB 1070 decision and was put in advance the Amnesty agenda.

Kagan was put in to advance the LGBT agenda, worked on both the AZ SB 1070 case and 0bozocare while in the position of legal advisor for the WH and should have recused herself from both cases.
