As stated most Muslims do pay social security taxes and purchase insurance and would have to be covered by health insurance like everyone else.
Why are we fighting and dying in Islamic Countries and then come home to our own country only to find Muslims exempt from United States Constitutional Law.
Whose freedom are our Soldiers fighting for? Everyone but United States Citizens?
If mandated health care is good for everyone by Federal Law then every U.S.Citizen should be involved in National Health Care.
When Congress, Special case religions and others exempt themselves from this health care I see a problem. Either we all do it or no one should be involved.

Our United States Constitution is not a Law of confusion. The Constitution was carefully designed to protect the rights of U.S.Citizens. Today you can look at every line of the Constitution and then find Laws signed by Presidents which ignore the document.
I do not understand why the entire country is not in an uproar over the hostile take over of our country by POLITICIANS who are self serving. Who do not represent the people, but only what financial gain they can receive by passing laws.

The American People are so hung up on Political Parties that the people as a whole do not see what POLITICIANS are doing to us. It won’t be long and we will have as many illegal immigrants as true Citizens in the U.S., the Constitution says the Federal Government is responsible to protect each State from invasion. But what is going on? Our President is suing States who try to stop illegal immigration.
Politicians are paid out of an Entitlement System they do not contribute to. Politicians not representing U.S.Citizens should all be drug tested and evaluated annually. If found not representing U.S.Citizens they should be FIRED by the U.S.Citizens they represent!
As pointed out, Muslims are NOT exempt from the healthcare law. But I agree with your questioning regarding why we are fighting and dying in other countries. The answer is that the neocons and George Bush pushed us into the war, because their corporate backers make billions from the american taxpayer when we go to war.
Again, it isn't mandated healthcare, it is mandated health insurance. The reason for it is that those who don't have health insurance are free-loading off the rest of us that do because they don't pay their healthcare bills and that pushes costs up for everyone.
Agree that most politicians are self-serving. The biggest thing we could do to change this is to institute strict term limits. Incumbents will continue to get re-elected at >90% - that is a function of our two-party system.

Imam Obama ran in 2008 stating that the 'hole' we faced in 2008 was too BIG and HE was the man who could fix the hole. He has only made the hole BIGGER and doesn't deserve a second term.
Imam Obama had TWO YEARS with a complete democratic congress to push whatever he wanted. They did, despite the objections of the majority of citizens.
In 2008, voters voted for "Change".
In 2010, voters didn't like the direction of the 2008 change, so they voted for change again.
In 2012, they will fulfill and complete Imam Obama's desire for change by changing presidents once again.
