Actually it's the Progressives war on women started by the progressives to make it look like the GOP and the GOP being of high IQ and standards have let it go by the way side because it's just another political pandering scheme that didn't work for the left to make the right look bad. Women with brains don't really care and the few that do are brainless
The GOP has not failed to explain their WAR ON WOMEN
The dems also think of the fairy plums dancing in their heads. They have been in make believe land since Obama took over. Now say and do anything to change the subject away from truth about the screwed up no record of progress with dumbo.
The war on women is a baseless distraction from the left to cover for Obama's total failure. Obama can't win on his record so distractions like this keep ignorant American voter thinking about foolishness instead of the real important issues like the economy, jobs, the debt, illegal aliens.
I feel the libs have yet to fully explain how it is a War on Women, bt it doesn't matter because the msn will climb right aboard and try to whip it up.
What war on women? No one in this country has a war on women. As your question is simply a floater, no background, no resources listed, I assume that as the left is obsessed with abortion, that must be what you are talking about. When people on the right think of abortion, their thought is not with the woman, but with the unborn child who will be sacrificed by the one person who should above everyone else do anything on earth to protect. No one on the left has any compassion for the most helpless in our society. SOMEONE should be advocating for the unborn as the left is totally devoid of the ability to see that is a human being.
The left also believes what it has re money and goods belongs to the left and what the right has re money and goods also belongs to the left. If a woman cannot spend a few dollars a month on birth control pills, and if she doesn't want a baby, she should keep her legs closed. If the left will not call for responsible behavior, then the left should be prepared to foot the bill for lascivious and irresponsible behavior.
Rape and incest fall into another category altogether.
Look at the damn demographics of the GOP who object to a woman's right to choose. Answer MEN
Look at the damn demographics of the GOP who object to a contraception insurance coverage. Answer MEN
Look at the damn demographics of the GOP who have quietly and conveniently permits health coverage for erectile medication and treatment. Answer MEN
If you cannot see the sarcasm of my otherwise simplified post... well I can't help that. If you disagree and are a woman... please explain why it is okay.
NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE is denying any woman any treatment, any drug, any form of birth control. NO ONE. If you know of a case, then present it. Otherwise, you're talking out your ear.
Accusing taxpayers of "war on women" because those taxpayers don't feel they should be FORCED to pay for someone else's elective medical help, is worse than hyperbole. It is a cruel hoax that the right has caught onto and the left is still wallowing in their pool of dung. It is hateful, it is not American, it is not worthy of human beings.
I disagree, I am a woman, and if you can't understand my explanation, then take it to your mother to explain.
Maam, Women are having their choices where to be treated and their treatment coverage's challenge and/or denied daily. Probably not report on Fox news because they never report news, they create (another subject for another time).
You're on the internet... read and check out other source. You're still breathing and capable of debate... use that sharp mind of your and research.
I could accuse you of having your memory challenged with that whole flap over Planned Parenthood. A GOP Senator (Jon Kyl) lied about how Planned Parenthood was an abortion factory when in fact Planned Parenthood does so much more.
I wasn't accusing Taxpayers... just the GOP leadership and elected.
Tell you what... now that I see your age... let's me try this line of "hyperbole".... At your age, I'll assume you're healthy but might have a Cholesterol, blood pressure or heart condition for which you are taking medication. That's expensive. You're retired and probably receiving Medicare. Well damn that's expensive and American Taxpayers are forced to pay for it. Guess you'll have to take it out of your retirement fund and/or social security to pay it now.
Pretty sick, huh. Sorry maam, I'm afraid that while your eyesight might be good, your vision of the "War on Women" is impaired,
No, it is YOUR vision that is impaired - it's called poisoned by hyperbole without fact or logic applied. No, I have no heart, blood pressure, kidney, liver, pancreas, neurological, nor digestive problems. I have severe vision problems for which Medicare doesn't pay, my insurance doesn't pay, I am not on Medicaid, so I pay for that vision myself: voila, since most companies and the government are run by men, I must be a victim of men's war on women with vision problems.
You are right about the Medicare. I was opposed to it before it was made into law and I have always been opposed to it, and vocally so. But what good does that do? I had to pay into it all my working years - call it what you will, but I did my part even for a program that I think is ill advised. I wanted my insurance to be the primary payor, but government says Medicare MUST be billed before insurance pays its share. SS? I paid into it all the years I worked - my salary wasn't high and I don't receive much. I am as opposed to SS as I am to Medicare. You will find that there are many programs conservatives are prepared to do without that the left thinks IT cannot live without. Conservatives are not whiners, do not rely on others to do what they should be doing for themselves, will not usually take handouts even if offered. It's a matter of pride and common sense. Taking handouts makes the recipient a slave - and no conservative will live as a slave.
Honey... I don't rely on any to shape my thoughts. I am open to hearing reasonable people on both sides of an argument. I am a liberal because I was taught well, taught think and refuse spoon fed ideology, religion or politics.
I apologize for assuming your age and health issues. Good for you to be "healthy as an ox"
Nothing to explain - better question, why is left pretending there is a war on women? Not paying for birth control pills or abortion pills is not a war on women
Absolutely right. If there are wars on women, I can think of a lot more than whatever it is the GOP is doing that aggravates the left. Such as and and
I believe the left uses the term "war" to water it down, to make the word meaningless, to minimize the importance of war, not to mention minimizing the importance of women in society. The left has all but destroyed femininity, the meaning of motherhood, the bond of husband and wife, the love of parent for child. They've done it by introducing and forcing crassness and deviancy on the public, via school children, via TV, movies, comic books, and politics - all in the name of "the common good".

Whatever, doll, I'm done here. Be well!
