Should anyone not conservative just consider leaving this site forever? Is is worth it, when 98% of the News & Politics discussion threads are nothing more then fear/hate mongering bashing sessions groups that no longer represent anything that resembles being American?

I would say that SH is 'right leaning', but I still find it to be far less monolithic in its ideological demographics. Additionally, the relatively large contingent of non-American's here offers some very interesting perspectives which I don't see much of in other forums.

I have to say that I don't see a lot of the hate mongering the way you seem to say it, I do see some very good pools, open to expressing opinions in an open manner, yet many times some one get's CRAZY!
You have to admit, on this site if you have facts on your side, there is nothing to fear, but fear itself!

Take for instance this poll... in 3 days there were over 1500 comments... and it was rated only 2nd to a poll that been here for 3 week at 1st place... the next day both poll where eliminated, yet now on it's 2nd week this poll has well over 2000 comments....

I had this page up and by the 2nd day over 1500 response... 3 days later, and BTW I'm still getting responses, this page can't even be found on the list...
Why is that Naethan? Conservative love to call everyone leftists that don't happen to agree with conservative mindsets... They also love to whine about the "lame" stream media... yet when it comes to themselves looking in the mirror, too many fear to see themselves as the ones who are hated just as well.
I suggest instead of blaming SH members for being "too Conservative" and posting Conservative blogs, you really should be focused on the Liberals who don't post enough. I mean, what is your solution to the problem? That Sodahead changed the natural flow of members or that you leave the website?
Like this blog... It had over 1,500 responses in 3 days... yet a conservative blog that been up for over 3 weeks had only 2,500 replies... on the 4th day, both of these blog were removed...
So explain why most Liberal or Independent blogs are weighted down and not allowed to the be hosted in the top lists for the same length of time that conservative blogs get. What was what I was trying to get at.

I seriously doubt that SH admin are favoring certain blogs over others. From what I understand, the SH administrators are Liberal. Two years ago, the articles were biased as hell, and if you look at hte SodaHeadlines, still are from time to time.
