Made to destroy and quickly continuing and (by the truckload) contributing to the road to ruin we've been on.

He's a megalomaniacal narcissist and they (the G20) certainly tapped the right shoulder. His agenda goes much further than that however.

Please tell me when I should start wearing a tin hat.

Most of you don't use your God given brain. You judge a man who has not had a chance to fix the damage done by Bush and his pals, and yes, there was much damage done to us in the last year.

You need to go read all that Bush admits to and then read carefully the things he had tried to back off from once he has said or done them.

"MADE to be exemplary, or going to be MADE and example of?"

That is not a judgmental lean in one way or the other.

What Bush admits, has got to be half of a two sided story.

I think he was given the White House to destroy America from the inside out. I feel he has devided this country worse then any President ever. He will demolish our Constitutions, and break our country, nomore under his leadership are we a great nation. Why do you think he is befriending the enemies, because the greater Nations see our descent.

    Actually 'None of the above'

Putting the Teleprompter Puppet in the category of 'leader' is a dichotomy by definition.

Also, since the Kenyan Usurper isn't naturalborn and may even never have been officially naturalized ... its impossible that he can be lawfully occupying the office installed into; so, application of the office's title is as much a dichotomy as above.

I might rather say that he's arrived to compel The People to review and gain a remedial education in what magnificent documents their constitutions are.

I've said before, to be fair, I give the man a year. At this point, I don't like what I'm seeing.
I feel that he's part of the continuation of "Officials" that have been chiseling away at our Constitution and Bill of Rights for a very long time. Born out of the "need" and "desire" of Power and Control.
Conspiracy this, prophesy that, I cannot, for lack of solid proof, point to any of these as the "cause". But history has shown, time and time and time again, that ALL great "societies" ultimatly crumble under the weight of "greed" of their "Leaders". Rome just happens to be the best example of this, being that it's the closest form of a Republic that mirrors ours.
What concerns me the most about BHO and Congress, is the speed inwhich they are moving to introduce Bills and grow Government.
Time will tell, I just pray that there is something left of this Country to salvage.

along what lines do think this hypothetical civil war will be delineated? Social status, people vs government/authorities such as the police? A racial civil war? I have a feeling something like that will happen as well, I mean, the dam is nearing the bursting point and all it takes is one small crack to explode. I am not asking to sound like a smartass, I just would like to hear more of your idea/hypothesis.

I feel it but sometimes I think it will be status. I do know that the gulf between the richest and the rest is the widest sense the great depression. During the great depression and the 60's there were alot of social programs created to stop the protesting. There is a great divide between the liberal and conserative ways of thinking. Obama has done his been to make sure he angers them in his first 100 days. I think in some ways the last election was a coup. I talked to a black friend on the day of the election and we both felt really scared of what would happen no matter who won. The blacks totally believed that if McCain won it was because he would have stolen the election. I think things like how CNN and other news casters handled the coverage of the election really was racist and I found myself getting angry. I feel a wall between myself and black friends sense the election I honestly don't know if I put it up or if it's there because of what is happening. I do know that as more people loose their jobs affirmative action is really going to be a thorn in people's sides. Right now I am sort of on the middle road. I do not like total conserative nor do I like total liberal. I think that something very little will be the flash point and all hell will break loose, but I really don't know which it will be. It could be any of the three. What are your thoughts on the matter?

I think it could be more people vs government. In the last couple decades, the government has really gotten way too out of hand and act like they are some sort of rulers when they are supposed to be servants. They keep forcing their ideals on us, forcing taxes down our throats, banning every thing that people find fun( I could foresee a future where all we are allowed to do is sit in our houses and twiddle our thumbs and eat nothing but a bland protein paste). I think the general public has had enough of the government and big business walking all over everyone and will take it out on them.

I think it's a liberal/conservative nature. The republicans had a hard time seeing what george was doing until the end. And the democrates are seeing no wrong with Berry right now. I guess what surprises me in the in your face way that they govern anymore. The scandals. The AIG/Fredie/Franie situation. George smirking and Berry laughing at things that just aren't funny. The money that ended up missing in Iraq. I work really hard for my money and it really made me angry. I see people loosing their jobs or if they have them doing the work of 3 people for less money. The lack of leadership, the lack of dignity. Maybe I just am paying more attention for the past 9 years. Some say the civil war is not over, maybe because history has made it a myth and because the north won they got to write the history. I do think something will happen around a conservative or liberal issue. I saw the divide during the debates and it scared me. I agree that the general public is going to have enough. The staff of AIG getting millions in bonuses and we get $13 per week back on our taxes. It's just priceless.

Yeah, especially since these idiots that need bailouts are getting these bonuses from US, the TAXPAYERS. I work 40 hours a week, where is MY bonus? Why don't the taxpayers get something in return, all we are asked to do is give give give and get NOTHING in return. All these CEOs do is drink bourbon and play golf, drive expensive cars and it is all because of hardworking people who get stuck with chevettes to drive. They should be thanking us hardworking people that we haven't torched the heck out of their precious mansions...which were also paid for by us... stuck chevettes thanking hardworking people torched heck precious mansions paid

That is what I think of the rich fat cats...

It's welfare to the elite. The elite get more welfare then the poor. When I think of how many food stamps a million dollars would buy to feed children. How our elderly could use a few extra dollars on their social security checks. I am really fired up on the fact that the CEOs fromAIG get million dollar bonuses and my friends who work at GM are suppose to give up more. It just makes me sick. Doesn't there come a time in people's lifes when they just have enough? I work 40 hours per week also many times much more. The agency where I work wanted something added to be able to give bonuses but to date not one penny has come my way.

By the look on his face,it says it all.He has jumped in over his head.He has no idea what he is doing.Same goes for his cabnet.I hate to say it,but Clinton is the most exp. in his crew. The problem is that nobody wants to hear her. But,with both Clinton's,they have their OWN agenda. With all the TAX cheats he has appointed to the ones that REFUSE to accept reality on terrorists.I said it before, this President is the fall guy.No matter which party won,the President in this term would be the one that got burned. Some,SOME of Obama's ideas will help bring us out of this ecconomic
fubar. But all the other stuff that the congress is doig WILL bring us down.If they ONLY set their focus on the ecconomy, forget the other stuff,we could fix this mess. But,like all in politics, they can't.Enuff said.

My gosh ~ so many of you portray the worst of Americans ~ the cynical, pessimists, purveyors of doom. Where do you get these premonitions of doom from? I answered Undecided because it is too soon to 'label' him. He has had to make some drastic changes and decisions in order to restore what Bush destroyed. As with most of you who say he was sent to destroy ~ I said the same thing about Bush - both times he was elected ~ that he would destroy this country. He nearly did ~ let's all hope and pray that Obama restores this great nation of ours to a respected, economically sound, land of the free! He has asked us to come together as a nation, no matter your political persuasion, and help rebuild this great nation. If he falters, we all falter. You DO have a say in the matters of our government but it will take all of you naysayers to make them listen. As for myself, I'm willing to see how his plan plays out and if it becomes a disaster in the making, I WILL speak out ~ and loudly!

Please ~ enlighten me! As for Nostradamus (Michel de Nostredame) he was a French Apothecary who allegedly was a seer for the future. Maybe he was - maybe he wasn't. It's kind of like believing everything verbatim that you read in the Bible. God gave me a brain to which I can find my own logic, belief, or revelation of the truth. I refuse to live what remains of my life, not in fear, but in hope.

History? Please divulge what history has to say about Obama. Yes, we do repeat history (you'd think we would learn from our mistakes) and we probably will continue to do so, but to relate history to what we are discussing here doesn't make sense.

History: Where has socialism ever worked? What policies extended the great depression? Research the rises of Stalin and Hitler specifically Hitler and HOPE
Maybe a brief intro to economics.

Nostradamus whose predictions have at least 70% validity.

Revelations predicts a one world currency too

We the People defending our freedoms is a hell of a lot more realistic than hope, it floats
