It seems the Democrats mantra is "Take from those that have a work ethic and have earned something, and give it to those that are too lazy or to stupid to work to earn what they need."

This guy is a joke - Did somebody elect him?

When you get down to it, among the dems, reps, teaps, etc., who really serves the needs of We The People? None that I can tell. Which party has an agenda that is totally driven by the needs of the country? Nada

How does someone with this degree of contempt for the Constitution and the people keep getting elected?

He is unfit for any office of trust, since he obviously does not intend to honor his oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.

Stark doesn't even appear to know what he Constitution says or understand what the woman is saying to him. He seems to be speaking off the cuff, trying to stall, but he ends up saying what he really believes - the federal government can do whatever it want; it has no limitations. Welcome to the Progressive Dream: no Constitution and no Bill of Rights.

The exact opposite of what the Constitution he has sworn to uphold actually says.

Well, those below are correct. He is wrong in his answer. But the Federal Government has not a right, but a duty to provide Health Care to it's people. Slavery issue is dumb. You would have to be assigned to supply a specific person their cost for Health Care. Like you were assigned for my specific Health Care. You are not. You pay taxes as a rule of Citizenship which is put into a pot for us all, including yourself. How ignorant that fat lady in Black is.

a right that can only be given by taking rights from others is no right. You misunderstand the meaning of rights.

Good question and absurd answer by this Congressman--"the federal government can do anything"--there are no laws, forget the constituion....problem is so many of our elected officials have embraced this mantra
