The only reason why this township government is against this, is because they don't have a hand in it. How else can any government get elected, if any citizen can do whatever they want to do? There is a lesson here somewhere. And the lesson is "ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES". You elect garbage and you will get garbage out.

What's wrong with the picture is interference with constitutional rights. But it depends if she's selling or giving, if no money is involved it shouldn't matter. If quarters and dollars, still. Government control over business, you even need a licence for a lemonade stand, there's another wrong picture. Making business difficult doesn't make America prosperous, and we wonder why were in debt, there's to many steps to something simple. To much restriction, process, and control. In other words its difficult to get anywhere in business when there's so many loopholes, somethings always wrong. Then again, there are plenty of people making money as a business, suing, and fining other businesses.

Misha, the main problem is that these people, making all these "RULES" & "REGULATIONS" were "ELECTED" by the very people that are now complaining. Why were they elected in the first place? Because the people that elected them did not do due diligence, while voting for these people.

lol, thats how the majority of americans think im sure! the government sure as heck want control over everyone! i congradulate her on feeding the kids! kids are precious! they deserve better! and the government can just shut it! the careless idiots they are! all they care about is money in their pockets and sheep surporting them saying they are free!
