Housecleaning within the first year is perfectly normal, doesn't necessarily mean anything; Axelrod and Rahm are not going anywhere, they were right to call Fox out for being more of a propaganda network than a news organization, and the American people know now - if they ever doubted it - that this president won't take such churlish, immature challenges lying down.

Senior White House officials declined to comment, but Democrats close to the situation said Bauer is under serious consideration to replace Craig, who is expected to leave the White House by the end of the year.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said no decisions have been made on Craig's future or on any potential replacement.

One has to wonder if "they" are going to have to kill him just to shut him up. He is going to be taking volumes & volumes of scandal & corruption with him, as he makes his exit. Obviously, I don't think he is going to be much of a happy camper . . . Shades of John Dean . . . What? About June-July '10 when those new "BH-Gate" Hearings begin??? It won't be long . . . Not a good upcomimg season for Major League Baseball.
