I'm not sure about the authenticity and details of this story.

From what I can ascertain they aren't permanent residents and have homes elsewhere.

Its an area in Hevron/Hebron, I hope these archaeologists can find the Jewish shepherd that tended to their flock thousands of years ago and continued to well before the Arabs.

Some of these caves/homes were not legally theirs.

It may seem sad but states not only Israel have had to move people from homes for a variety of reasons.

They have homes in other areas to go to according to the information.

I'm going by information on an extreme left-wing anti-Israel newspaper.

But of course I'm not waiting for the second coming either. Funny American Christians....willing to advocate the relocation of Palestinians from their home to force their own beliefs. Well, it did work with the Native Americans. So who am I to argue?

They are Arabs, not "Palestinians" they elected internationally designated terrorist organisations that are committed to genocide and the destruction of the Jewish state. Not only that they actively seek to achieve their objective. "Poor Palestinians" - they are their own worst enemy. They would rather not have a state at all than see a Jewish state.

Not after that Israeli Cleric burned the New Testament. Maybe he wants to remove the Christians out of Jerusalem too! Yay or nay?

He didn't burn it MK Dr Michael Ben-Ari tore it up. A bible was sent to him. He's a religious nationalist and was insulted by it, that book represents 2000 years of persecution and death for some Jews by those that acted in that books name. It was an unwise idea and it was widely condemned even by the speaker of the Knesset. As for the rest of your comment Israel is the only nation in the Middle East were religious freedom is protected by law and the only country in the middle east where the Christian population is rising.

My apologies for wrongly stating that the Christians' Gospels were set afire. I stand corrected. I see your point about the holocaust at the hands of the nazis. But, they were never Holy Crusaders in the name of Jesus Christ. Furthermore, a mild rebuke sends the wrong message to many Christian's who blame the Jews still for choosing Barabbas over Jesus Christ. Be that as it may, I support a two state solution for Israel and Palestine. This is the Zionist agreed 1948 UN deal that created the state of Israel for all Jews. Moreover, it clearly states that the City of Jerusalem does not belong to the Jews from 1948 to infinity. So be it that the Christain population is rising. Yay or nay?

No problem its very big of you to admit and stand corrected. I'm not justifying what he did, its stupid. I happen to know that Jewish people from my experience don't like being proselytized to.

Most Jews will never chose Jesus its antithetical to Judaism. "This is the Zionist agreed 1948 UN deal that created the state of Israel for all Jews." - can you be more specific?

"it clearly states that the City of Jerusalem does not belong to the Jews from 1948 to infinity" - again, be more specific what and where clearly states which thing. I need something to work off here.

I don't like religion. I don't care about Christianity as long as it doesn't impose itself on me. I mentioned it to destroy a point you made. " Maybe he wants to remove the Christians out of Jerusalem too!" - ie: if he wanted to (not that he can) he's doing it the wrong way.

Please, go to the Library of Congress website. Type in UN Charter for the state of Israel. Take note of the year, with the zionists agreement for the two-state solution and read very carefully the part about the status of the city of Jerusalem. You can do this!
You can ignore what the jews did to Jesus Christ all you like, but it is the only reason many Christians dislike jews. Only the nazis were anti-semitic, and those thugs were never Christians.

"You can ignore what the jews did to Jesus Christ all you like, but it is the only reason many Christians dislike jews. Only the nazis were anti-semitic, and those thugs were never Christians." - That is just one of many reasons *some* or a *significant amount* of Christians dislike Jews.
Leaving aside my atheism, that I don't believe Jesus existed and I accept that * supposedly* some Jews over 2,000 years ago had a role in the death of Jesus:
    1. It as the Romans that killed him.
    2. The Christian religion wouldn't exist as it is since Jesus is supposed to return to earth and "save" humanity (or something like that).
    3. Without his death along with all the irrational illogical reasons and implications regarding taking the burden of sin etc the logic follows that mankind wouldn't be "saved/redeemed."
    4. One would think:
A). Thank the Jewish people/the Romans modern day Italians.
B). Practice their faith/think critically and rationally about it and drop a 2,000 "dislike" Jews of today have nothing to do with the actions of some Jews over 2000 years ago.

I'm glad the majority of Jews don't dislike Christians due to their 2,000 years of persecution and massacres of Jews: Crusades, Martin Luthor, inquisitions, progroms, holocaust, blood libels, converting Jews delegitmization of Israel, ...

There was only one Nazi that was a Catholic to be excommunicated and that was because he married a protestant. I don't accept this nonsense that Nazis weren't Christians. Hitler was a Christian. Obviously Christians dismiss any Christian nutcase as not "real Christians" as if they know who and what a "real Christian is" is similar to what Muslims say about Islamic extremists. Lets be clear Christians cant' even agree amongst themselves there are over 30,000 different denominations of Christianity alone all claiming to hold the objective truth.

"On November 29, 1947, the UN General Assembly voted in favor of a resolution, which adopted the plan for the partition of Palestine, recommended by the majority of the UN Special Committee on Palestine (UNSCOP). 33 states voted in favor of the resolution and 13 against. 10 states abstained. UNSCOP was appointed seven months earlier, after Great Britain, which ruled the country on the basis of a League of Nations Mandate, decided that in light of the growing Jewish resistance and violent opposition to its rule, it was unwilling to continue on the existing basis, and handed the whole issue over to the UN. The UN Committee reached the conclusion that the Mandate for Palestine should be terminated, and most of its members recommended the establishment in the territory of Mandatory Palestine of an Arab state and a Jewish state, while internationalizing Jerusalem.

The partition map proposed by UNSCOP allotted the Jewish state only a small part of Western Palestine. Despite this fact, the Zionist Organization and the institutions of the Jewish community in Eretz Yisrael agreed to accept the plan, since it recognized the right of the Jewish people to a state and not only a "national home" as stated in the 1917 Balfour Declaration and the 1922 Mandate for Palestine.

The adoption of the partition resolution by the General Assembly was received by the Jewish community with great joy and thousands went out to the streets to celebrate, even though it was clear that the Arab states and the Palestinian Arabs would embark on a relentless war against the realization of the plan to establish a Jewish state."

Let them put the base within the Israel itself. With Israel steadily seizing Palesinian territory, does anyone really think that Israel has any intention of ever seeing the two state solution realized?
I'll answer that: They do not now nor have they ever intended to see it become a reality.
The United States did something similar with the American Native Peoples. US forces and civilians carried out more than a century of manipulation and heavily one sided and brutal military campaings against the native tribes. It should be nothed that at each step the US government and it's agents swore on a stack of bibles that they would never require the native peoples to give up more than the terms of this last treaty required. They broke that oath at every turn, every time. Even now the US government is steadily and quietly carrying out this policy.
Of course it's not a new story. It's happened every time anyone has ever expanded into new real estate.

Islamic people are known for destroying any evidence of the Jewish ever being in the land of Israel even in ancient times. They also will claim land that they say they have farmed for long periods of time without any deed or evidence. I will wait to hear Israel's side before making a decision. The media feeds into this cause many times they have made up their minds. If these people would stop the violence and agree to live peacefully then soldiers would not have to train to protect the state of Israel. I am sure they have been reimbursed for their land also with money. The Jews have less real estate for their nation than most of the Arab countries that they don't even develop. Both sides in this conflict are also known for their propaganda and lies so it is hard to know the truth of all this.
