Congressional Democrats have now vowed to investigate Attorney General Alberto Gonzales' firing of himself. Gonzales has claimed that he was not involved in the discussions about his firing and that the reason was "performance-based." When pressed about the details of his firing, he repeatedly asserted that he couldn't recall any of the specifics about how it had happened.

We may never know the full details of this firing but he is now history so it is over with as far as I am concerned at this moment. I just wonder what kind of person we will get now as Attorney General,
