G.M. headed for bankruptcy Again,,read below and comment ,please.....

We are all headed towards bankruptcy if we do not get new and better leardership in Washington.

Another loser picked by the 0bama administration. This time a former blue chip that turned babycrap yellow.

Does this really surprise anyone? I mean if someone gets in trouble and you bail them out without any type of sincere understanding of the penalty the message you send is we will be here to help you out every time you get in trouble. It's like a drug addict that gets bailed out by his parents - it doesn't stop the addiction so the root of the problem persists.

Right now, the government’s GM stock is worth about 39% less than it was on November 17, 2010, when the company went public at $33.00/share. However, during the intervening time, the Dow Jones Industrial Average has risen by almost 20%, so GM shares have lost 49% of their value relative to the Dow.

If so, then GM was destined to win this year's Darwin Award and go out of business! IKF their business model was unsuccessful, they should have changed it into what the consumer wanted, or go the way of the Dodo.

And all of OUR money the politicians wasted on GM's alleged recovery should be returned to taxpayer. If they can't find the money, then we should be authorized to liquidate THEIR holdings until we get our money back!

They should have gone into bankruptcy, sold to private investors and they as well as the taxpayers would be in far better shape. Now that the government has their hand in it, they will be just like the post office, needing tax payer money to keep afloat !

This left the government holding $10.1 billion worth of stock, and sitting on an unrealized loss of $16.4 billion.
