Glenn Beck tries to kill website instead of presenting evidence that he did not rape and murder a young girl in 1990. Does Glenn Beck have something to hide?

Glenn Beck has filed a formal complaint to the World Intellectual Property Organization, trying to get the website "Did Glenn Beck Rape and Murder a Young Girl in 1990?" removed. I'm not sure why Glenn Beck is pursuing this legal action when his chances of succeeding are so slim. Really, Glenn Beck should be focusing his efforts on proving that he did not rape and murder a young girl in 1990. Even though I do not think Glenn Beck did it, these are serious allegations that I think Beck needs to address. Really, his attempt to destroy the website only serves to cast further suspicion on him. If Glenn Beck really didn't rape and murder a young girl in 1990, he should have nothing to hide.

    I am ashamed that you would believe the crap posted on the internet without doing any fact-checking. Snopes and Truth or Fiction websites were created out of necessity because of lemmings. Did anyone notice that the websites promoting this crap are offline sites...not legitimate news sites, not official court sites, or sites that I would even choose to look up the definition to the word crap. But, here's the deal. Whether he did or not, everyone has formed an opinion. And, whether he did or not affects you how exactly? Look, I know that people are capable of some crazy stuff. I have seen enough in my life to know that nothing surprises me. So, instead of promoting fear mongering and witch hunting, why don't you all just make sure your own personal lives are in order. I have things I need to fix - I am sure you all do.

    What is the total fascination of Glenn Beck from the left? First of all, if you don't like him or agree with him - don't watch! Why is it that if the libs don't like someone or something, they try to create falsehoods or legislation to shut it down? Fox is the highest rated news channel. That's just the way it is. The Dem controlled House and Senate find ways to shove things down others throats, and that's ok? Is it that the left "fears" Beck or Fox?     that someone is making up a bunch of garbage on Glenn Beck because they can't handle the truth about what (Osama) Barack Obama has been trying to do to Our Country & Glenn has just been informing everyone and we are headed to a socialist country. Obama has a great hatred for this country but he can't really come out and say it as that would make him lose his presidency instantly but his actions or lack of actions definitely do show it.

    This really is kind of a dumb question, no offense. Think about it, you're asking a person to PROVE they did NOT do something. I hope by now you've realized that this is backwards, that to make an accusation it is the ACCUSER that must prove something. You can't accuse me of something and then tell me I'm required to prove I didn't do it...the burden of proof is on you not me.
    Glen Beck is 100% right to try and kill a website making the accusation. Think about it, making a false accusation and posting it online, there will always be people who belive the accusations. So if we simply allow anyone to post these kinds of accusations without proof, then you're talking about opinion being swayed through manipulations. I'd file a complaint, you'd have the right to file a complaint, anyone with any measure of common sense would file a complaint against an unfounded accusation such as this.
    No, Glen Back, regardless of your opinion of him, is NOT the one who needs to present evidence. What evidence do you expect him to present to prove he DIDN'T do something. Generally, it's impossible to take an accusation someone makes and prove it didn't happen unless the accusation involves a specific time and an alibi is available. Since we're talking about way back in 1990, it's safe to assume the accusation is made knowing there is no way to prove one way or the other, leading the types of accusations that you are making to form. Sorry, but you've been manipulated.
