you know, I've been poor, and homeless, and I survived without any help from the government. I hear all this the poor are living off the rich, but I've seen min. wagers jerked by the arm screamed at and humiliated and they take it because they gotta' make it to next weeks check. The rich live on the dreams, sweat and blood of the working class and if the economy crashes they'll just move to another country, hell some of them already are... cowards.

If by 'we' you mean the US Federal Government, then no, I believe they have failed to make the necessary changes to create genuine stability in the American financial system. If by 'we' you mean you and me, well, I don't really know you and I'm not an American.

Recovery will probably take about 17 years. No, we're not doing enough yet. Education is key. So are reciprocal ethics and the mentality of investing in a slow movement.
