To this day the MSM likes to report and muddy the waters that the issue is that he was born in the U.S. when the real issue is that BOTH parents weren't U.S. citizens. They like to compare his situation to John McCain being born in the Panama Canal Zone, but common law states that a citizen(child born) maintains the citizenship of the father when born and when the mother and father are of different nationalities.
What then?

The Deputy States Attorney challenged the enforceability of a Reciprocal Subpoena . The Hawaiian case is still ongoing .

What is of particular importance with the Georgia / Hawaii case is that the Orly Taitz is the only case not dismissed on procedural grounds. This is the only case that has ever been granted discovery by a Judge.
ON January 26 2012 , possibly televised the State of Hawaii will answer a Subpoena to a Georgia court. Maybe the question of Who Obama is ( or isn't ) will finally be answered.

This says to Obama, it is up to YOU to prove yourself, so YOU bring whatever is necessary to do so. I wrote an article on this some months back.
Now Obama's legal-beagles must go to work again. Be interesting to see if they can slide out from under this order. This evasion has been going on for 3 years now at least.
