Meako 2012/04/11 22:37:55I think this:

What I saw was her own press conference when she was asked directly if she had met w/ Zimmerman. She stated no, she had refused to meet with him, etc.
News conference lasted about 45 min with her making statements and answering many questions.
After you stated that Corey had only told Zimmerman to contact his own attorneys, I started looking for videos of anything Corey had stated publicly and I watched a few of them on my computer yesterday. I did not see the one which you reference in your post (or if I did, I didn't see her saying what you stated). I will keep looking to see any videos that I may have missed during my search yesterday.
I still think she was very smart to make an official charge that he cannot be convicted of in a fair trial so after he is found "not guilty" she can declare to everybody "I did my best!" and move on.
The problem she now faces is the impossibility of conducting a fair trial because the media storm has contaminated any possible jury pool in Florida.
I do not think they will have the circus they had w./ the casey anthony trial where her attorney pulled every crooked thing he could, was called out on the carpet for much of it, but never in front of the jury... and they believed all his BS, even though by law, he was supposed to prove them. And of course never did. Jury was stupid to the core, and fell for all the BS, and Baez got a murderer free.
I think this will be different, everyone is finally on their toes, and no one is going to make any blatant mistakes. They know they can not. All the boys parents have asked for was to have an investigation and Zimmerman arrested if it was warranted and it was. They deserve justice here, and I think they will get it.
Then, if in fact an actual "fair" trial ensues, and the scenario that Zimmerman portrayed is concurred on by the jury, I doubt that those among the Sharpton/Jackson race-baiting crowd will feel that justice was achieved.
How about this? Think about it as though this was your son, just walking home one evening and some rogue kills him. How would you feel? And the PD, just ignores it, and decides to believe the killers story and never even bother to find out if he is telling the truth. How would you feel? Then just tag your dead son as a "john doe", so that he is shipped to the coroner like no one even cares, and refuse to change that to his actual name, even though they had his name right then and there. How would you feel?
I can hear the hatred seething in each post you make, you just plain keep on and keep on with your digs. Why act this way? Why not think about this family and their pain! Have you ever lost someone you loved? Lost a child???????????????? Think about it. Their pain is immeasurable and for them right now, impossible to bear. And make it worse w/ nuts in this country lying about their son non stop daily, can you even imagine how this makes them feel?
That's why there will be a trial so all these opinions about what ensued will be replaced by actual testimony of reality.
According to the girlfriend who was on the phone at the time w/ Trayvon, he was afraid, trying to get home, and his girfriend kept telling him to just run, but he did not (probably afraid of being shot in the back) but according to her, she heard Trayvon ask Zimmerman why he was following him, and also heard Zimmerman demand to know what the boy was doing there, then she heard a scuffle and the phone went dead. She tried to call back, but was unable to get him. The voices heard on the 911 tape from others who called 911... voice yelling for help, were identified as Trayvon Martins, and the voice stops immediately upon the gunshot going off.
So..... yes we need a trial. But for you to think that Zimmermans account of what happened as being reliable information is not exactly panning out. Nor if that of this witness you mentioned. But, again, they know a hell of a lot more than any of us do, and I hope there is a trial, because I want to know what the evidence is. Yes, I am curious.
I did see on Yahoo! News today that some more details about the case were reported as a result of Zimmerman's bail hearing where his lawyer questioned the DA's office in court.
How sad this is all you have your hate is noted
if you attempt to carry out your THREAT of Violence against me well i am not responsible what happens
