Mitt's family lived in an American colony in Mexico. They were still Americans. It's like having a baby in a foreign country while serving in the military. The Base is an American Base. Separate from the county it is in.
My niece was born in Germany while her father was still in the Canadian military. My niece was born Canadian. After she got duel citizenship because her mom is an American.
I take issue with duel citizenships. They should not be allowed.

Ah, B.O's. Father was African born. That by itself disqualifies B.O. from being President. If his Father had been born in the U.S. there would be no problem. Presidents must be a second generation or more a U.S. Citizen. Just because his mom was does not make a difference. Both parents must be born of American Citizens.
