Business can and should have them arrested for loitering if it is hurting their business.
I would like to say that I as a straight person would never do that in public because I respect others as well as I have respect for myself. This action just shows where their values and morals lie......and the want people to respect them, how can one with their actions. If they think this little stunt and others they have done will win support and acceptance all I have to say is you are doing nothing but pushing others who do accept you away and the other further away as well as being an embarrassment to other GLBTs who do have some self respect.

As if America did not speak loud
enough by showing their support for CHICK-FIL-A in packing their restaurants
yesterday, now the LGBT movement is planning a “KISS-IN” for this Friday in the
chain of establishments all across America!
Certainly this will not be an event to build up friendship with an
American business, rather a means of punishing one for an owner’s Christian
stand on One Man/One Woman marriage! Oddly enough, a position held by our
President until just a few weeks ago… before he needed their votes and money?
(CBS News) Gay rights group Equality Illinois
is asking gay and lesbian couples to go to their local Chick-fil-A restaurant Friday
for a "kiss-in" campaign, which the group is promoting along with
other gay rights organizations nationwide, reports CBS. Is it not strange that
CBS News would be writing news articles to report on this “KISS-IN,” just how
much news did they report on the tremendous support from Freedom Of Speech
lovers who overflowed CFA to eat and show support, not occupy and KISS others
of the same sex?
Every restaurant
owner is protected in his business to prevent patrons from “loitering” in their
establishment. Does he not also have the right to protect his business from
those with the SOLE intent to ruin it?
For how many parents are going to want to pull their children into a
CHICK-FIL-A simply to see to homosexuals slobbering over each other? Is such a
request by the LGBT movement nothing but a FASCIST means of pushing Mayor Rahm
Emanuels’ “Chicago Values” on those who don’t want them!
What
say you Soda Head member? Should an
Independent Fast Food Owner be expected to allow his other patrons to put up
with this? Does he have the right, if not the responsibility, to ask police to
haul their “kissing faces” off to jail?
