Here in Washington state they have a very old trick. They will keep gas high and unchanged for awhile then drop it for a very little while then BAM!!! you go out the next day and it has risen past what it was when they did the reduction. About two weeks ago we were at about 3.59 for reg and now we are at about 3.89 for reg. They did not do a gradual climb it changed overnight. If you see gas prices drop in Washington state all it is is a prelude to a jump.
It is ,and our prices are going down. I also drive over the line to Wisc. to get gas ,it's close as all the others here ,due to taxes .I know these taxes go to the roads ,and will buy here ,also. we can thank the traders for the screwing we get over the prices .really ,the barrel price hasn't fluctuated that much ,but the price jumps overnight .that's free trade for you ,and it's far from free when traders control the prices.
