Gas prices are coming down a bit. is obama flooding opec with billions to bring the price of oil down artificially until after the election?

    Not good choices. What happens is this. They raise the price of oil and gas ever higher until finally people just begin to stay home rather than go see a movie or go to the mall because they just can't afford the gas. The price of gas has reached that point. Now they lower it just a tad to see if they can bait you into buying their product again. Be strong people. Stand your ground and give the oil companies the finger. Don't go anywhere you don't absolutely have to. WE have the power to set the price of gasoline.

    It doesn't work that way. Oil is a commodity traded on the World Market. The countries that produce oil don't set the price and neither do the oil companies.

    Well many people seem to think that gas prices strangely dip before the elections. Then go ever higher?

    We have enough oil in this country, that if we were allowed to develop it, we wouldn't need to import oil. But enviro-wackos in bed with New World Order criminal elitist politicians, destroy or prevent American jobs, to weaken our economy to bring us into their stupid "New World Order" globalist utopia, which would be impossible in a world of old superpowers.
