You think that if maybe he just said something to Martin like "can I help you?" that this wouldn't have happened?
It could be that Z has had his home robbed and he was over-reacting as a result of fear.
He surely was racially profiling Travon, there is no doubt.
Listening to the 911 tape tells me that he got himself all worked up to the point where he had so much adrenalin moving through his body that he couldn't get a handle on reality.
Maybe he was in a full blown panic attack and couldn't get ground under his feet...but at the end of the day, he is fully responsible for the outcome and needs to pay for it.
I believe it is manslaughter.
You do realise that Sodahead raves will get you nowhere in the real world don't you? How do you sleep at night, with one eye on your notifications?
1. This case should not be about race of any kind.
2. Zimmerman was obviously following Trayvon close enough that Tray noticed him.
3. Zimmerman clearly went against what the dispatcher told him not to do, and that was to stop following Trayvon.
4. He was obviously within talking distance of Trayvon if a fight broke out.
5. Apparently Trayvon can kick some ass, if Zimmerman had to shoot and kill him to defend himself.
6. What people are forgetting is that this man shot and killed someone's child, that alone should have had him in jail up until trial.
Think about it. You are a kid walking home it's cold out you have your everyday hoodie you like to wear on, listening to your music like always walking a street you probably did a hundred times before. All of a sudden you notice some Guy following you. You ask him what his problem is? why is he following you? Then hear comes the tricky part. He (Zimmerman) asks what you're doing walking around here? Your response goes like None of your business?

Tray and Zimmerman trade words then that is when Zimmerman flashed his gun or Tray saw the gun. And that is when fear and survival instincts kick in. Fight or flight. I can tell you one thing though that if Trayvon was physically fighting Zimmerman there could be no way he would have been calling for help while still attached to Zimmerman. That means he would have been already on the ground or several feet away when Zimmerman pulled the trigger.

Two seperate experts testing the recordings of the cries for help stating for the record that the person calling for help WAS NOT ZIMMERMAN.
Gee,... how much further does it go before someone can believe the teen didn't deserve to be killed? It wasn't enough that he had a place to go in that "gated community" It wasn't enough that he RAN from Zimmerman, Now in addition to video that showed a relaxed clean Zimmerman w/o a bloody or broken nose, with no blood on his clothing from himself or the teen,... we have people going over the audio and blowing holes in the statements of Zimmerman and the first cop on the scene That Zimmerman was calling for help. Nope - it wasn't Zimmerman.
Sigh.
Here's some Gangstas for you:
