"The ad was misleading based on its presumption," said Dianne Brandi, Fox News executive vice president of Legal and Business Affairs, in a statement to The Huffington Post when asked why the network rejected the spot.
"They're [objecting to] the opening sentence, that says, 'As the military prepares to end 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell,' he told The Huffington Post. "Their position is that DADT is on hold, and our position is that the Secretary of Defense said on March 2, 2010, 'We also must develop an implementation plan for any new statutory mandates.' That's what he said in his directive and memo after the president's State of the Union address and after their hearing in Congress."

Fox News rejects DADT repeal ad
The GOP propaganda channel Fox “News” has rejected an ad the highlights various allied Generals in support of Gays and Lesbians serving in the United States Armed Forces.
Fox “News” the Unfair and Unbalanced” propaganda channel that features several contributors and hosts who are clearly Unbalanced, said no to the ad because it does not fit the GOP Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell agenda.
The United States Secretary of Defense Bill Gates, and the Chairman of the Joints Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen, both testified before Congress earlier this year saying that they support the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell (DADT).
A soon to be released study by the Pentagon shows overwhelming support for the repeal of DADT from the troops currently serving.

Before DADT, gays were not allowed in the military. Not at all. DADT allowed gays the ability to serve, so as far as that goes it was progress. I see it as a stepping stone. Now it is time to take the next step.
In the current Congress that would be the 111th Congress, there are more Democrats who served in the Military then there are from the Republican Party...
By the way that to can be looked up, just google...
Don't tell Juan Williams, though. He's still under the illusion that they care about his opinion.
When NPR trumped up some silly-ass reason to run him off, FNC countered by extending his contract and giving him a fat, two-million dollar raise.
Jeeezzz,,,, I sure wish somebody cared about ME like that.
And can you balance your world on the tip of your nose like a sea lion with a ball at a carnival?
I bet you can...
End Taxpayer Funding?
