Military officials were starting Friday to piece together what may have pushed an Army psychiatrist trained to help soldiers in distress to turn on his comrades in a shooting rampage that killed 13 people and wounded 31 in Texas.

1:00 PM ET -- Obama to attend memorial. (AP) President Barack Obama will attend a memorial service for those killed at Thursday's mass shooting at Fort Hood, Texas.

White House spokesman Robert Gibbs on Friday said a service will be scheduled at the convenience of the families who lost loved ones during one of the largest mass shooting on a military base. Gibbs says a service has not yet been scheduled and it would be planned around the families' schedules, not the president's.

This doctor was born here in America, but he was a Muslim. He didn't want to be sent to kill his own people, that why he went-off in the head. This is very bad and sad for those who lost their lives. The U.S. cannot even trust their own soliders. They are killing one another and that's very, very sad. My prayers goes out to the families.

Well it would make a lot of sense to schedule the funerals around the families time. So is this being blamed on the President? This guy was in the Mililtary before Barack became President. No one can predict when someone is going to do something so Horrific. I think that we should be more careful who we allow to serve in our Military. Obama was telling everyone NOT to jump to conclusions because this man according to his own family was a true lifelong Muslim, not a converted Muslim as first thought. He was about to be deployed to Iraq and he could not stand the thought of killing a fellow Muslim..(this coming from the store clerk who talked to him about it that morning)..The Military gave him his education and his Doctor training, but yet he thought NOTHING of killing fellow American Soldiers...13 to be exact.

OBAMA IS A MUSLIM AS WELL.
This is the reason Obama was so cold...because a Muslim did this and Obama(being a fellow Muslim) did not want to hurt the feeling of this Muslim murderer by denouncing him too loudly...

I am sure he will soon blame Bush and Apologize for our American Military, how dare they make a soldier do his job.
