Former Michigan GOP spokesperson suggested that because of yesterday's SCOTUS ruling that the ACA mandate was indeed constitutional that it might be time for an armed rebellion.

Q 2012/06/29 15:55:02
Matt Davis a former Michigan republican spokesman put out this outrageous email yesterday after the Supreme court ruled that the ACA mandate was indeed Constitutional. It reminds me of that idiot Tea Party Senate candidate from Nevada Sharon Angle when she was spouting off about a possible second amendment solution during the 2010 midterm elections.

What the hell is wrong with the extreme right wing (Tea Party) of the republican party who are constantly whining about the supposed tyranny of the Obama administration?

Here's the email that he sent out to the media after the ruling:

Is Armed Rebellion Now Justified?

Implicit in Benjamin Franklin's fabled response at the conclusion of
the Constitutional Convention was a dire warning: That the Republic
would one day devolve into tyranny unless we the people prevented it.

In 2008, we the people elected Barack Obama as president, and the
100-year progressive trek to tyranny begun in 1912 with Woodrow Wilson's
election was complete. It cannot be said too many times — for the
purposes of emphasis and clarity — that the Constitution was possible
ONLY AFTER the American Revolution; and that the war itself would not
have been possible without the collective agreement, as so eloquently
articulated in the Declaration of Independence, that the course of human
events will sometimes justify one group of people to sever themselves
from their oppressors.

In other words, America itself was possible only after its people
summoned the will to risk their lives and their futures — as well as
those of their children — for a freedom they did not enjoy but knew was
their gift from God. Along with their desire to be free came their
willingness to engaged in armed rebellion for their freedom.

If government can mandate that I pay for something I don't want, then
what is beyond its power? If the Supreme Court's decision Thursday
paves the way for unprecedented intrusion into personal decisions, then
has the Republic all but ceased to exist? If so, then is armed rebellion
today justified?

God willing, this oppression will be lifted and America free again before the first shot is fired.

Patriot my @ss, these nutters are out of control, what say you?

You!

An armed rebellion should have been taking place when Bush introduced the patriot act. And again when the Obama administration extended the patriot act and signed the NDAA taking away our 4 th amendment rights. THOSE ARE INALIENABLE RIGHTS THAT CAN NOT BE TOUCHED BY THE GOVERNMENT

The constitution CLEARLY states "THERE SHALL BE NO LAW"

You don't even know what a "patriot " is.

A patriot is not someone that waves the flag and goes along with what the government says

A patriot questions the government and holds them accountable for their actions.

So are these asshats also going to take up their torches, pitchforks and firearms against their presumed presidential candidate who has touted the same plan for healthcare? What a bunch of whiny bitches. They don't even pay attention to what their own nominee has said, and he's only now trying to distance himself from Romney/Obamacare because he's sucking on the nutbaggers/teahadists asses.

That's one of hundreds of sites that have reported the indisputable goods on him.

The proof is all there, including E-Verify not being able to do just that with his Social Security # and Selective Service record.

It goes a lot deeper than a computer generated image he played off as a b/c and the fact that Frank Marshall Davis is his biological Father.

He knows the game is over.... the DNC knows it's over.

He's merely cheer-leading for cash so they can try to salvage the Senate which probably ain't gonna happen either.

Where was your outrage of the SC when they let Citizens United stand giving away our government to the highest bidders? You whine about a decision that will actually help alot of people and applaud a decision that takes away any hope you have of a government not bought and paid for by those who have the most and want more and that means they will be taking it from us. You are very illogical in your thinking.

Citizens United was an across the board decision ensuring that ALL citizens could voice their opinions though advertising ONLY and no direct contritions to campaigns are allowed.

It balanced the scales for those non-union corporations due to the massive amount of union members funds being used for just that purpose.
One is not forced to work for any company and what the shareholders decide to spend profits on is their business as private citizens.

I certainly understand why union hacks and their pigs at the trough masters are so upset that the playing field has been leveled.

Romney's official campaign will get a lot closer to the $Billion that 0bozo claimed and that is without the SuperPacs.

Toss them in and that will be another $1.8 Billion that is used to educate America about the grave mistake that was made in 2008 and to ensure We the People know exactly how this cabal of domestic terrorists have infiltrated our WH.

Romney got a record $4.7 Million added to his campaign from small donors within 24 hrs of the SCOTUS decision and who knows how much more the PACs were flooded with?

We simply will NOT allow this to continue and will do EVERYTHING possible to remove the cancerous tumors, growing & eating away our Constitution.

Why do you always use unions as an excuse for everything. Unions can't compete numbers wise or money wise with the shady groups that contribute to the republicans. The anti climate change Koch brothers, Rove's group American Crossroads and the NRA or The COC. I mean there are so many and all of them are in it for money. The more they give to republicans the more they save in regulations on polluting the air and water or assualt weapon sales ect. Cap and trade was a republican idea until Obama said let's do it now it cap and tax. The mandate in Obamacare was a republican idea until Obama was for it now it's a tax increase. The Citizens United decision let anyone even someone who wants to control what the US government does say a Chinese group giving money through someone else to get trade policies favorable to the Chinese or any other country who would like to have a say in American policy control who they want to infulence, it's a very dangerous action. The least they could have done was make it a law that anyone giving money must be known who gave what and to whom.

I fully understand that and also understand WHY the founders were insistent about the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed.

They knew that we would have civil wars and especially that our very government would be compromised by certain factions who opposed the very premise of a melting pot Nation that was governed by the people.

Jefferson said that the tree of Liberty needs to watered every now & then.

We are at a crossroads right now and as much as I'd hate to see another civil war break out, it may be the inevitable solution to correct 100+ years of infiltration.

The Secret Service should pay this delusional tea gagger a visit & lock his crazy behind up. They are determined to do anything they have to so as to hold on to the reins of power. They are terrified a black man is holding the reins of power & have made nearly every positive thing he has accomplished as some theory of world domination. Let's not forget Rush Limbaugh said 4 years ago it's all about "black reparations." People in Congress have parroted the same meme.
