Foreigners bought Hawaii birth certificates?

~ The Rebel ~ 2012/06/16 02:21:44
Sheriff Joe Arpaio's lead investigator has uncovered evidence of underworld syndicates selling Hawaii birth certificates to foreigners "in the early infancy of the state" – precisely the time Barack Obama claims to have been born in Hawaii.

Mike Zullo, a retired New Jersey detective now heading Arpaio’s volunteer investigative team, explained in an interview that at the time of Obama’s birth during the state’s early years, Hawaii birth documentation routinely was purchased by foreigners for children not born in the state.

Gillar described the process in the 1960s: Foreign nationals, primarily from Japan, would fly to Hawaii and buy a birth registration for their son or daughter, not with the goal of one day having them become president, but to obtain the benefits of being a U.S. citizen.

Zullo said that when he was in Hawaii last month following up on leads, he talked to older locals who “informed us about a syndicate operation, a Mafia operation if you will, being run in the early infancy of the state of Hawaii where birth certificates were being sold to Japanese refugees on a black market basis.”

Zullo said there was a business in Hawaii in “birth certificates … for profit.”

Birthers eh? Here we go again. I'm at the point where I could scream every time I hear a different version of the story. Why is it so hard to admit that the President is an American, born in Hawaii? What else do you have? Constant carping about his place of birth is nuts. Can't you see it makes you all seem like nut cases?

Well, that makes sense. The teenage mother somehow got money to fly out of the country to have her baby for no apparent reason, and then paid somebody off to get him a US birth certificate which he didn't need since he is a natural-born American by virtue of his mother's US citizenship? That makes so much sense -- if you're on acid.

His mother's US citizenship alone doesn't make him a natural born citizen. (It's even questionable if he is a US citizen):
    ...

new questions about the status of BHO’s teen age mother Stanley Ann Dunham are surfacing as analysis at another web site is revealing a Congressional rule change for people born between December 23, 1952 and November 13, 1986 puts in serious doubt Stanley Ann Dunham’s ability to confer citizenship status on her son.

Since Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. was born in 1961, this newly discovered law involves Dunham’s age because she was only 18 at time of delivery! The law says:

”When one parent was a U.S. citizen and the other a foreign national, the U.S. citizen parent must have resided in the U.S. for a total of 10 years prior to birth of the child with FIVE of the years after the age of 14.”

Stanley Ann Dunham did not meet requisite status according to blog discovery. One commenter said, “She was not old enough to register Obama’s birth in Hawaii or anywhere else in the U.S. as a Natural Born Citizen as she did not meet the residency requirements!

Backing this statement up, another commenter reiterates:” The law specifically outlines the requirements for a CITIZEN mother to confer citizenship to her baby. Ann Dunham was NOT old enough-case closed!”

You are a natural born citizen if you are either born in the United States or your parent(s) are US citizens. You can look up the decision on John McCain, who was born in Panama in a civilian hospital.

Tell me again why anyone would believe that Obama's grandparents would think it was a good idea to send their teenage daughter to another country to give birth?

Still have no explanation for the obviously illogical supposition that somehow a pregnant teenager with no means for supporting herself skipped the country to give birth rather than staying with her parents? Maybe it's you who need to do some research.

If you meet certain requirements, you may become a U.S. citizen either at birth or after birth. If you are a citizen at birth, you are a natural born citizen.

To be a citizen at birth you must:
Have been born in the United States or certain territories or outlying possessions of the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction of the United States; OR
had a parent or parents who were citizens at the time of your birth (if you were born abroad) and meet other requirements.

There are two kinds: natural born and naturalized. There is no third kind.

In any case, the idea that some parents would send their teenage daughter out of the country to have a baby is still just as preposterous as it was when I asked why you thought it was so the first time.

At that time a lot of parents sent their kids away when they weren't married and were pg. And that was also a time when mixed marriages were frowned on.

I don't believe they sent her away. From all I've read about her she was headstrong and would have made her own decisions...

They didn't send them to third world countries and they didn't send them alone, and they didn't send them on middle class incomes. She didn't have any money. She stayed with her parents, married the guy so she would have a father on the birth certificate, and the guy left within six months. He had already planned to go to Harvard. Why people continue with this "not born in America" crap is beyond me.

    ~ The Rebel ~
How can you possibly know where they sent them? Did you ask any of them? A lot of those foreign countries would have been cheaper for them to send them to and way more private so nobody could find the info. And I do know for a fact one white lady that was sent to africa that was in the family way and not married.
  • sue ~ The R... 2012/06/20 07:49:37
    sue
OK. I don't know for a fact. However, any family that had ever seen the third world hospital would not send anyone they cared about there for any procedure -- even stitches. Especially alone. Even in some middle income countries, you ahve to bring your own linens and soap, and you have to have someone checkign all the time to make sure that they have the correct records for the correct patient. So, for the expensive flight cost, even though the hospital would be cheap, it really would not be worth it. Remember, 50 years ago, flights were way more expensive and medical care was way cheaper. In any case, the story that Dunham flew out to give birth is a bit silly. Especially, since most of the people who claim it's true say she flew to Kenya - the last place the father of the child who already had a wife there would want her to go!

    ~ The Rebel ~
Obama Sr. eventually informed Dunham about his first marriage in Kenya but claimed he was divorced. Years later, she would discover this was false.[16] Obama Sr.'s first wife, Kezia, later said she had granted her consent for him to marry a second wife, in keeping with Luo customs.[18]

Yes, so the chances he sent wife #2 to be with wife#1 are pretty slim, don't you think? Plus, he had no money.
