Constantly investigating Bush? On what planet? Unlike Holder, when Karl Rove was subpoenaed to testify before Congress he told Congress "F*ck you", and where was the contempt vote for that one? Bush himself refused to testify under oath about his screwups that led to the 9/11 attacks and he got a free pass. Right Wing hypocrisy has never been so blatant.
