The BloombergBusinessWeek Magazine evidently hates or strongly dislikes the Mormon Church.
And what this Jewish backed Magazine fails to remember; these were the same things said about their faith.

America has reached that stage in her decline when morality has become relative at best, and when the merit of her institutions are judged on the basis of new versus old. People diss Jews, Mormons, Christians, Atheists, etc. because it's fashionable to do so. Most of the people you hear commenting on one or the other group has NO IDEA of the history or character of the people they're bashing.

Many other religious groups are against Prop 8. How about the Catholic church right now that are against contraception. Where are you on that one. Take away their tax status because you don't agree. Something... I've grown up here in Utah, and while I'm not Mormon, I believe that traditional family values are worth supporting. Anyway, there are plenty of LDS who support gay marriage, but you have to know that the day a Republican nominee supports gay marriage, the world has gone all pear-shaped and we should just bow down to our new alien masters.

if the GOP was sincere about small government, it would come out and say that the government should stay out of people's bedrooms. until that day comes, the GOP will not be known as the party of individual liberties. at least in my mind. my 31+year marriage will not suffer one bit if Adam and Steve are permitted to marry, and nobody has shown any way in which A+S's marriage will harm anybody at all..

Well, the thing about gays is that they don't want the government out of their bedroom. That's what their whole platform is based on; who they screw and how. And they make a big deal about it. The ability to show affection in public, dressing in drag at school, big dumb-ass parades... So you can't say that the GOP is failing at small government because they are in people's bedrooms. When it was more or less IN the bedroom, there weren't these problems. These "lady's ladies and gentlemen's gentlemen" have forced their business onto everyone's newspapers, televisions, and communities, and so any repercussions they feel are their own fault. I know that they say it's about loving who you love, but when you engage in unnatural acts and tell the world that you DEMAND rights for doing so, you are bound to experience some backlash

God damn it! I don't usually let trolls get to me, but this one is too much. How can I not think about it when it is everywhere. Put out there everywhere BY THEM/YOU? Not thinking about sodomy is at the top of my list. THat said, when it's all over the media and even out in the streets, it's hard to ignore. If I didn't have to see/hear about it, I wouldn't care. It would be a non-issue. But if they are going to fight for acceptance via desensitization, I'm going to fight back against. Plain and simple. My rights are violated every time I see a gay parade, or dudes making out on the TV, or some book about how "it's neat to be queer" hits the library shelves of an elementary school, I am going to rail against that. If they don't want us "in the bedroom", then they should keep the bedroom in the bedroom...
