The Firearms Freedom Act
website also reveals that other states either with pending
legislation or pending plans include Alabama, Arizona, Colorado,
Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan,
Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania,
South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia.
Through these states, laws are being passed not only exempts guns but also laws that shield themselves from government unconstitutional health care, cap & trade, global warming taxes, and more! States are in the fight to protect their American citizens from Federal Government unjust movements for power and control.
The rebellion is at hand between States and Federal Government as things further heats up with a fight for the people. Do you really think Washington is taking notice or getting a clue? Absolutely NOT! Government has proven throughout this past year that they really don't care what the American People want or don't want! This administration continues to decline any and all rights of the American People all for political gain and power. While the Federal Government ignores the people, States are turning in rebellion against the federal government for the protection of the peoples rights...more will follow as the federal government hopes some judge on the supreme court will through out these laws suits filed from the states.
What Washington does against our Constitution, States are now stepping in to trump those Federal Laws! States can make a difference when violations of the US Constitution made by the federal government not delegated to it, those acts are voided! This is the way we can fight the unconstitutional violations through this administration government! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ~~ FOR THE PEOPLE!
