Female Golfers Arrested For Playing Topless

Description:A pair of golfers in Illinois were arrested for public indecency after apparently letting it all hang out on the course. HLN reports, "An annual naked golf tournament was shut down after the neighbors and the cops saw too much. At the woodlands golf course ... the investigators observed the two females both pull down their tops." KMOV reports, the neighbor who called the police said the women were exposing their "sex organs." The women, both in their early 40s, were held on $100 bond.(0:52)

Two women are accused of showing off more than
their putting skills at a public golf course.


Madison County Sheriff's Capt. Mike Dixon says
investigators responded to complaints of lewd behaviour Monday at the Woodlands
Golf Course in Alton, Illinois, and saw the women displaying their
breasts.


Now, authorities in Madison County have
charged 45-year-old Shelly Lewis and 43

They each posted $100 cash bond.


Capt. Dixon told MailOnline that officers
received complaints that the two women were repeatedly exposing their breasts in
a public area of the golf course.


‘They weren’t topless in general,’ he said,
‘but they were exposing their breasts – obviously there’s a neighbourhood there,
there are children around as there’s a subdivision

    I think if women want to go topless they should be able to.matter of fact read the law on this in Illinois it says no one shall expose their sexual organs in public including nipples for the purpose of sexually arousing another. so i ask if it says no one then why do we allow and accept us men going topless in the summer? not saying that should change just saying that the law has allowed us to it forever but if a womwn does it they call it indecent how is it indecent? womens breasts just like mens are not sexual organs.womens are just bigger for the purpose of producing milk.so they are just milk jugs.let women go topless if they want its not a big deal!

    if they fight it and i hope they do... they will win..... in a new york race a lady ran topless and was arrested..... she was found quilty and appeal the decision..... she won they judge rule if a man can go topless so can a women ........

    Who is the nosey neighbor with so much time on his/her hands that they can spend all day watching others and complaining about whatever they find unacceptable?

    BTW Breasts may be sex indicators but they are not sex organs. IMO

    I am in MO, quite near where this happened... it is quite the story around here.

    Yea... our society is WAY too prudish still... working with those 16th century modest values.

    Everyone around here thinks Nipples will drive men into uncontrollable killing and screwing frenzies!

    It is even illegal in MO for strippers to be nude in a strip club, and the men to be closer then 6 feet of them.

    I am not surprise they arrested these women for flashing boobs... It also happens every year at Mardi Gras in Soulard.

    Umm, wow are people (especially at the Woodlands) stupid. Breasts are NOT sex 'organs' When will old bitchy ladies learn to mind their own business? It was true when I was a kid and true today that old bitty's cannot allow anyone to express anything that they do not deem 'appropriate'.

    He cops too should be beat with a stupid stick. Breasts are not a sexual 'organ', thus how can they be charged with indecency?

    I find that the old beliefs of the human form and sexuality is what holds this planet back from its potential. If we can ever shed the eons old male possession of women, we might actually get this rock into a much better state of being. If not, they we will always be simply one step out of the cave that we scurried out of.

    What is illegal about it? If women are allowed to breast feed in public, then why is it suddenly illegal to not wear a top if you are female? De-Sexualize the parts of the body that do not need to be sexualized and I think relations will improve...
