If you think this kind of thing could never happen in the U.S, consider the internment camps that held Japanese-American civilians during World War 2. They were not combatants, they were no threat of any kind. They just didn't look American.
The FEMA camps are for keeping American civilians captive - after the economy collapses and food is gone, driving them towards the only place with food and shelter - so that they can be killed with greater efficiency by the loyal staff of brain-dead drones who are "just following orders", like those equally loyal German fellas at Auschwitz.

Even if they built them to "house vicitms of natural disaster", then why all the barbed wire and layers of fences? I had heard that they had built a handful of huge facilities, but I didn't know that every state had one. And it looks like they took care of everything with all those executive orders...Scary stuff...

The question was ONLY whether they were real. The clear/obvious answer is yes. A 'FEMA camp' could be anything from a hurricane refugee trailer park to a concentration camp.

Consider:

"Are UFO's real?"

The answer is obviously YES by definition. That's why we have the designation/descriptor 'UFO.' Obviously, not everything that flies can be readily identified (if at all). The question doesn't necessarily 'mean' do aliens from outer space exist.

im joining the fema corps on august 28th for 10 months, as an act of kindness and as an opportunity to grow and learn, not enslave people. this seems to be one of the most out there conspiracies ive heard. never would i enforce something like this. i know our government is corrupt in many ways, but this is a little much...

Why all of a sudden are they training recurits for the Fema Camps? You do not have me convinced that it's an act of kindness. Why, didn't they use the FEMA camp in New Orleans as an act of kindness when Katrina hit New Orleans?

nobody is being trained for "fema camps". its the fema corps, and im being sent to vinton iowa and will be living in a college dorm for a month when im in training, not these so called fema camps, before they start sending us to disaster areas. i dont need to convince you, live in your conspiracy bubble all you want. it was probably destroyed if it was in new orleans, if its even real. i was young when katrina happened, i dont remember much.
