Certain points need to kept in mind. Not challenging the EPA mission, just should they not be held to the constitution ? The part about Warrants signed by a judge , evidence , etc. ?

Ray I cannot wait till November. And for the record by the looks of things I just might have to have medicare taken out of my S.S. Blue Cross went up on my insurance and also want to increase me co-pay from $500 to $750...Hell that is my entire pension.

After reading that , did a internet search for various terms involving Lacey act , EPA and Seized wood and variations .

Seems according to the EPA Gibson guitars is unique in not paying money to the Democratic party and having fully documented rose Wood that needed seizing , along with the company computers , and no charges ever filed.

We just bought a new crib or our new great grandson a name brand that I grew up with only to find that IT IS MADE IN CHINA.....
We disassembled it put it back in the box and returned it. The baby is now sleeping in a crip where the crib and mattress are all made in the USA.....OH we paid like $100 more but at lest we know this has quality and craftsmanship in it.
