WASHINGTON -- Federal investigators had “looked at” Sikh temple gunman Wade Michael Page more than once because of his associations with right-wing extremists and the possibility that he was providing funding to a domestic terrorist group, but law enforcement officials at the time determined there was not enough evidence of a crime to open an investigation, a senior U.S. law enforcement official said.

They have to have solid evidence before charging someone with a crime. Although, local prosecutors do this all the time.

But that was a decade ago. We all know the police cannot do anything until a crime is committed, which, sadly, is often too late to help the victims.

Shooter was a PROGRESSIVE, you can see it in his ramblings.

The occupy movement had neo nazis marching WITH them.

The Colorado shooter was an occupier.

Even if they had opened an investigaton, who knows whether they'd have found out that he was a mass murderer in training.

And now they know better. Makes you wonder how many more people they are looking at but have their hands tied for the same reason.

If there's not enough evidence to get a conviction...you would otherwise claim how his liberties were being violated and how he was being hounded by pro-black Obama. -.- They followed the rule book, decided he was no more of a risk than any other lesser ranked nut job (after all they have bigger fish to fry) and got on with their lives chasing people they could get a conviction out of.

That is the way the legal system works. Balancing Liberty against the Police state that believe me, every single one of them would love.

American's are supposedly a free people. Innocent until proven guilty...that's where a conviction comes in. No conviction, no guilt = Free person.

This is a Triumph for Liberty and Justice no matter how bitter it might taste.

-.- yes because every shooting that happens without a shred of evidence is a false flag.

Come on at least with 9/11 there's at least shred's of evidence it was a conspiracy....

Yes everything points to 911 being a false flag.
