Eric Holder is ultimately responsible for everything the DOJ, the FBI, and the BATF does, therefore he should be be the person held for accountability for the Death of Brian Terry. No excuses, he should take responsibility forn the actions of the people who serve under him.

I'm a little confused at this time. For over a year the justice dept has claimed knowing nothing about this subject. Now they release the names of those that they think are involved. WHY at this time? Are they again trying to change subjects to let Obama of of the hook again.

Well if a person puts a contract out on another persons life, and pays the person contracted to kill somebody, the person doing the contracting doesn't pull the trigger either, but they are just as guilty as the person committing the actual act of Murder. So whats your point.

I know a black guy doing life without parole in Pa. since 1973 for a murder conspiracy charge, same sentence as the actual murderer got, even though he was nowhere at the scene of the crime.

The AFT has been a very rouge outfit for a long time.The head of that organization needs to be vetted more carefully.
