Fathom the Hypocrisy of a Government that requires every citizen to prove they are insured... but not everyone must prove they are a citizen.

It should becoming apparent to everyone by now, that under the proposed plan championed by the left, that people under the radar will have more rights than people who are citizens. That people under the radar will qualify for goodies, while citizens will have their finances and health records scrutinized. That people under the radar can do whatever they want, while citizens will be monitored rather closely.

I will fathom the unconstitutionally of the whole setup, before I can even get to the hypocrisy.

Nope, being a citizen or resident is not the same as being natural born.

A natural born citizen is a citizen. There are Only 2 ways to be a citizen of the united states, natural born or naturalization; Obama is a natural born citizen.

but what if that child belonged to illegal parents who have no intention to apply for or become American Citizens? There is a big problem within the birth records between legal American births and illegal births!

Thats because the Democrats are pandering the Latino voters for votes! Have you noticed that all of our Politicians keep saying our immigration laws need to be reformed,but not one of them has even mentioned first securing our borders to stop any more illegals from entering,this is the same thing they said when Reagan gave them citizenship in the Eighty's !
