False flag operation: what would it look like?

A Canadian journalist quotes an "insider" in the Department of Homeland Security: "Watch for a false flag operation against Obama, or his family," in the last weeks before the scheduled election. The purpose: stir up riots, and give the government an excuse to lock everything down and suspend the election. A blogger picks up on that, and then a Tennessee State Representative puts that out in a constituent e-mail newsletter (and has to take it back the next day).
Sounds like just another rumor, doesn't it? But the original article went into a lot greater detail than just tossing out that phrase "false flag operation." It talked about creating economic chaos, class division, and race division. All things that we have seen the early warning signs of.
And then, the kicker: we hear that DHS is buying up ammo and even riot gear. WIGO?
And why won't the MSM investigate that? Shouldn't they? Suppose the MSM of the day had investigated the Reichstag Fire? Suppose they'd found the lone Dutch arsonist, and not the Bolshevik cell that the Nazis pointed their fingers at? (Or maybe even laid the blame for the fire right at Heinrich Himmler's doorstep?) Mightn't history have been a lot different?
Economic chaos, class division, racial division. They were the ingredients of the Nazi takeover. Do we not see signs of that today? If Obama were planning a false flag operation against himself, he couldn't have picked a better atmosphere to pull it in. And DHS would be doing exactly what they're doing now, to get ready to lock the country down afterward.

You don't have to accept it or deny it!
You have to know that the desperation of OBAMA & CO makes it eminently possible.
An AWAKE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE electorate is the best deterrent to tyranny
and dictatorship. Information is power....use it.
1. It's a foreign source that is of course unverifiable.
2. The "insider" is of course unnamed.
3. A real "false flag" would not have a news story coming out about it months before.
