Executive priviledge was declared the day that Holder would be held in contempt, and those documents were asked for over a year ago. Last night Holder offers to give thier version of events in a briefing without giving the documents requested. If there was nothing to hide, they would not have fought the investigation all along, and in the eleventh hour they would not have taken this drastic measure

I don't have a clues as to why you blocked me, but I will still answer you question. It does absolutely no good to try and block lobbyist, when the Supreme Courts supports Citizens United. Lobbyist and other special interest groups can give as much money as they like to Super Packs. And guess what...?

They don't even have to disclose who they are! So, I ask you...what good does it do to block lobbyist when loopholes are created by the conservatives in order to dump millions of dollars into campaigns to sway politics in their favor?

I can only guess why you blocked me...

Yes presidents use EP. Reagan-3 times, Bush Sr - 1, Clinton 16, GW Bush - 6
None did it 18 months after an investigation nor in the 11th hour, none claimed to know absolutely nothing about the issue and then declared EP. The circumstances and time line make this very suspicious especially if you believe he knows/knew nothing. One has to wonder what is in those documents that requires this action?

This whole business was about throw-down weapons, something to blame American gun owners generally for the carnage in Mexico.

Then it went horribly, or at least embarrassingly, wrong.

Now see how the Watergate spectacle plays out once again, only this time the prosecutors and defendants have reversed their roles.
