I'd love to live in your economy right now where getting a new job is that easy!
And I know she had a choice about joining that organization or not. She shouldn't have joined if she couldn't abide by the rules. But my belief still remains that (ideally) companies shouldn't be able to just make up and enforce any old rule they feel like.
As I said, if the rules existed when she joined then she should follow them. However I personally believe that an organisation should only ban traditional or religious attire when there is a proper sensible reason to.
How would it interfere with their ability to do their job?
And how was it practical?
And it's a bit more than a mere 'scarf' btw.

Some people just have such an obsessive, puerile hard-on against Christians that they can't get over themselves.
In a safety sensitive type jobs we have restrictions on many types of clothing and head dress as well as loose clothing etc.
She will not win this suit.

I would think that having a head scarf while on a wild roller coaster is not a good idea.
