The EFSA GMO Panel considered that soybean 40-3-2 is unlikely to raise additional environmental safety concerns compared with conventional soybean, but that the management of its cultivation could result in environmental harm under certain conditions.

I have no problem with science in principle my opinion to GM crops is an emotional rather than rational response. I would rather make my mind up based on the results of GM food consumption over a 5 - 10 year period as to the effects on the human body.

I can't really say I have anything against GM but I wouldn't trust any element of European bureaucracy as far as I could throw it.
