Especially since almost everyone you talk to is upset with the government and wants to see some changes made,do you think EVERY ONE of those people should make an effort to do something to fix what's going on, even if it's in a very minor way?

But, amazingly, the people listen to the lying/partisan media, they always vote for the crooked politicians and ignore the special interests.

I think you and I are about the same age so you may remember things the way I do. I seem to recall when a really crooked politician stood out in the crowd, and now it's the HONEST politician who stands out, if you can FIND one.

Agree, we screwed up. A LOT of these criminals in Congress are of OUR generation. We should have seen that coming.
They create "dog and pony show" conflicts to give the appearance of being on one side or the other while lining their pockets via "insider trading" and "porkulus spending bills" awarded to family and friends.
It's obvious that "no congressman / congresswoman" is going to address or support a "term limit" on their tenure feeding off the "cash cow" that has become our government so it's up to the American voter to "impose" term limits on every one of them by "VOTING OUT ALL INCUMBENTS".
It doesn't matter who they are or what party they belong too.........VOTE THEM OUT IN NOVEMBER sending a strong message to those not up for reelection that the American public is taking their government back and will no longer tolerate the massive fraud that is being perpetrated against them by "ELECTED PUBLIC SERVANTS".
Pelosi claimed she was going to "drain the swamp" and just about every elected official has made similar claims of "going to clean up Washington D. C." and yet daily the headlines are filled with yet another scandal involving sex, drugs, and money. They have failed to do the job so it's up to...
