EPA ready to roll out new regs ~ win or lose

BlueMax372 2012/10/19 19:17:19

President Obama’s EPA has an ambitious regulatory agenda on hold until after the November elections.

Win or lose they plan to unleash these regulations once they no longer have cause to fear the voters.

Senator James Inhofe and the minority staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works have released a report which details the EPA’s radical and economically devastating regulatory agenda.

Taking advantage of our resources, instead of pursuing President Obama and his EPA’s policies of energy austerity, will lead to immense economic recovery, millions of new jobs, and increased energy security. How successful America is in achieving economic recovery has much to do with how successful the EPA is in enacting the job-killing, anti-fossil fuel agenda the Obama administration has set for 2013.

If you need to buy a new furnace for your home, do it before May 15th of 2013, new regs state they have to be 97% efficient and it will cost you an extra $700. dollars per furnace. Even if your home isn't set up for that type of efficiency it will be required. People in heating and air conditioning are really pissed about this because they have a stock of furnaces that they will not be able to sell after that date. Things like this should be brought in starting with the building of new homes after that date, not making existing home owners pay the price they can't afford.

The EPA needs to be purged with more prejudice than Stalin's military command in the 1930's.

That our military has not yet performed their Constitutional duty is to their detriment, but almost understandable considering the 0v0mite stars that fell on them in the last few years. Walter Mitty thought: If I were the incoming POTUS, I'd demand the UNDATED RESIGNATIONS of EVERY general and flag officer appointed since January 20 2009 on my desk on January 21, 2013. I would then appoint a committee of Sergeants Major and Master Chief Petty Officers to review their quals. Those approved would be allowed to remain in service. Those not would be allowed to retire immediately, in lieu of being dragged before a firing squad.

The severity of the regulations depends on the elections When they get kicked to the curb you can bet they`ll escalated to highest point to get redistribution money threw the lame duck secession which i think is total B.S. In the first place once a sitting regime has been handed their walking papers from the people They should`nt be able to force nothing on us period

Time to put a twisted wired curb bit in the mouth of the EPA and get some control over their overzealous left wing agenda! Our 'local' power company was supposed to close under their regulations the end of October. But, since the EPA decided to 'hold off' on enforcing the Greenhouse Gas Regulations until after the election, it won't happen until after the first of the year. Another example of protecting possible votes for Obama!

As much as I hate executive orders when they're used as a means of rule through regulatory fiat, using them to manage governmental agencies is what they were intended for. As soon as he is in office, Romney needs to gear up a lot of executive orders to nullify the 0bama team's circumvention of Congress on all of these regulations they illegally put in place.
