I've heard of them, but have never tried them. I'll stick to my regular old fashioned cigarettes. ZOMG I COULD GET CANCER OR DIE!!! Guess what? each day you live is a day you get closer to death, so living is just as detrimental to your health and life as cigarettes. I'd rather live my life doing things I enjoy, than to worry about the 'what ifs'

I would think it would be a better choice, as it reduces second hand smoke....and healthier for you too then regular cigarrettes.

I think anything that entices someone to become adictied to it is a waste of resources.

i have found brands that sell nicotine free refills . so all the unit delivers is tobacco flavored water vapor. i think this would be a useful quiting tool.

I've been using them for 2 years now. They are far less expensive than regular cigarettes. Safer too since it's impossible to start a fire with them. No ashes to clean up. No tar to stain your clothes.
I just recently built my first "box mod" using a 510 cartomiser (fill it up and it will last all day) and 14500 battery (lasts for 2 days on one charge). I have a variety of different smoke juices. Today I'm doing mandarin orange at 12 mg nicotine.

They were invented to help people ease themselves off of cigarettes.
A kit comes with prefilled cartridges. Each one with lower nicotine levels.
