She is honest about her lying, so I would give her higher marks than others being considered. On the "This Week" program, she admitted lying to the nation in the run up to the Iraq war. The topic was the aluminum tubes which she had told the nation could ONLY be used for nuclear enrichment. Later she admitted that at the time she sait that she knew the statement was false. She is not the one who is the most to blame, but she helped.
