“This is war!” claims Phoenix student Aldemar Cruz. “Republicans may
have stopped the DREAM Act, but they won’t prevent La Reconquista from
happening. “White people, watch out!”

Olivia Perez, an undocumented student who claims she was forced to
fill out false paperwork in order to stay in the United States, says,
“Latinos need to fight back. We need to march. We need to scream. If
necessary, we need to riot. We need to do everything Blacks did to get
their civil rights!”
The DREAM Act would have provided amnesty for many children of
undocumented immigrants who had no choice in their arrival to the United
States. It would have also provided amnesty to all of their family
members who come from lands that were stolen by the United States.

I tank God daily that this legislatation was defeated. These people are ILLEGAL ALIENS and therefore have no rights in this country. The people who have allowed thes illegal aliens to go to school, get a home, get a job,etc... in this country should ALL be in jail as TRAITORS... Let's send them back to their country and allow these same peoples to DRAM and ACT in Mexico. I'm sick & tired of the LEFT WING/PC group trying to force me to ACCEPT ILLEGALS. I'm sick &tired; of my local, state, & federal governments wasting money to print things in Spanish so that these people can understand how to operate in the USA... Let's find this Olivia Perez and ship her ass back. Do they not UNDERSTAND that they are not welcome here nor are they wanted here?

I guess what stricks me most is the comparison to Black Americans fighting during the "civil rights era... First and dormost those people where ALREADY legal citizens. They were citizens by birth nad by legislation adn by upholdings of the supreme court. They were not saying give us somehing we are not entitled to.

And second I suppose they have learned through exercise and example that Americans give into threats and screams of "white people" are doing us wrong. After all in what way have we stood up and said NO in the past? Did we say no when they crossed, no we said were you hurt by an evil traficer and we spent taxes chacing down the smuggler... did we say no when they took jobs, no we said Americans don't want those jobs anyway then we spent tax money to ensure those jobs didn't violate safety and health regulation... Did we say no when they put their children in schools, no we said we will hire teachers and then we spend tax money to ensure the children learn in their native language... Did we say no when they wanted social benefits, no we said go ahead there are enough rich people to pay for it through taxes... Did we say no when their criminals and gangs took over our streets and filled up our prisions, no we said how can we help you do better with your life and w...

What actions speak of a non tolerance to this behavior? None that I have seen and when I bothered to speak out I was tagged a racist and lost my job... so what actions speak of anyone having a reason to speak out when they too could be tagged and stripped?

It's only fair. We started the 1st Mexican War, they can start the 2d Mexican War. Maybe the arse kicking the Mexicans get will keep them out of here for another 150 years.

Revolution BS. More Lies. More Stupidity.
A revolution is occurs when citizens of a nation makes some changes.

The people advocating war are not citizens and therefore this cannot be a Revolution.

I've read most of the comments on here and to those that say they would shoot these people you're only making it worse. If you actually go out and shoot someone at a rally or something and that person happens to be a teen or a child then that will give those at the really reason enough to beat you into a coma and then of coarse word will spread, buildings will go boom, innocent people will get hurt ......just so much hate and over what? allowing them to fight for this country? or to study here and maybe provide something useful?

These people running their mouths only reinforces the notion why we need our immigration laws enforced. I would like to see the zeal Obama is showing towards his suit against Arizona being used to make it a felony to hire illegals - complete with jail terms and fines - and a complete moratorium beginning on 6/1/2011 of ANY social service for any illegal aliens - no welfare, no food stamps, no school, no nothing. This six months will give you a chance to get your affairs in order and go back to where you came from. For those who are here illegally and don't like it, you knew the risks when you came here. Leave and don't come back. NONE of this advocates violence.

Real Americans welcome people from all over the world looking for a better life for themselves and their family, but you must come here legally, assimilate into society, learn English, get a job and stay out of trouble. Is that asking too much? Apparently to the bunch mentioned above it is too much to ask from the rest of us.

I understand that I do but if they are willing to protect this country then shouldn't they become citizens? I get how some people don't like the school thing and thats fine to take that part out but to say that they don't belong is wrong. These kids were raised here they don't know anything else It's not like they chose to come here...I just don't understand people not wanting them to serve this country...or the hate.

I do have some sympathy for the kids who through no fault of their own they are shoved into this mess. However, the blame belongs to their parents - people who willfully chose to break our laws and come here anyway. They knew the risks BEFORE they crossed the Rio Grande. Obviously, the government thinks these kids should leave with their parents (use Elian Gonzalez as a reference). Therefore, as the illegals leave because no one here is willing to go to jail for hiring them, so should their children leave (breaking up families is morally repugnant). We are a nation of laws and while it may be difficult for younger people to leave because their parents thumbed their noses at our laws years ago, there is no justifiable provision to break up families. This is NOT hate - it's the rule of law.

YOU 'might' have 'sympathy' for them, but I do not!

Although I do see your point.

However, it's because of the strain that these ILLEGALS are putting on OUR education system that major programs to benefit special needs children (so that in adulthood they can lead normal lives as productive citizens) are being CUT! IF they are here ILLEGALLY throw THEM OUT!
  • Not-A-RINO debrarae December 26, 2010 19:04:41
    Not-A-RINO
If you look at the entirety of my assertion, you will clearly see we are on the same page. I am taking a different approach to the issue - remove any incentive for illegals to come here or to stay here. For example, if you find a stray cat on your porch and it is meowing because its hungry, you instantly adopted the cat by default by feeding it. The cat will keep returning knowing it will get a free dish of milk from you if it complains long and loud enough. By the same token, if we reward illegals when they mosey across the Rio Grande, we, by default, are giving tacit approval of their actions.

Under a "Not-a-RINO World", no illegal or family of an illegal will come or stay here because there's no benefit. To them, America is a vast, hostile desert of no food, no jobs, no school, no bridge cards, no nothing. We won't have to throw them out - we could probably sell tickets to get out of the U.S. and make millions doing it.

I see your point but what if citizenship is only awarded to them(the person who did the military service) and not their family?
  • Not-A-RINO Damaris December 26, 2010 19:12:46
    Not-A-RINO
I would offer NO alternative way of earning citizenship whether it's military or otherwise. We have laws on the books that clearly explain what is required to come here to become an American citizen and I'm sure none of the laws recommend strolling across the Rio Grande.

If you, for example, came to the USA and became an American citizen, I see no reason under the sun your family shouldn't apply (legally) to come here as well. No one likes to see families broken up, but we have procedures to reunite loved ones on the books. I don't think it's asking too much for people entering our country to follow the law.

Damaris - These people who are wanting the DREAM ACT are in this country ILLEGALLY! They broke at least 1 law of the United States of America. Chances are, they've broken more. They need to be brought to justice and returned to their countries. They can then attempt to come to this country legally. This isn't hate, it's enforcing laws already on the books.

Not everybody that comes here Illegally lives a life of crime. Also I do get that it's a law and it's there for a reason but I just don't see the point of punishing these kids by making them go back to a country they don't even know....but you can't deny that there is hate for Mexicans or people of Mexican decent just like theres still hate for black people.

I do not hate Mexicans or Blacks. I do hate ILLEGAL ALIENS and THEIR CHILDREN who THINK THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN CITIZENSHIP over people who have gone through the legal process, or a free education, healthcare, food, housing, etc... My sister-in-law of 30 years is black. I have a nephew and neice who also have children, I love them as much as I do my own children. My fathers sister married a Mexican man who had immigrated to the USA back in the '30's... She had 2 wonderful kids (my cousins) who have eached raised a family of their own. Yes in this country there is a GROWING HATRED FOR MEXICAN/SPANISH people due to the ILLEGAL ALIENS and the repaeated crimes they have committed. Theere is hatred for blacks and whites as well. There is HATRED towards American citizens who do not get out and find employment, but rather sit around collecting WELFARE YEAR after YEAR, GENERATION after GENERATION, KID after KID.

Not over other people, along with them. Those are the real criminals; the ones who sell drugs and kill people and THEY should be executed for making the others look bad. If they become citizens then wouldn't they pay taxes?

The more slots that are filled by these people getting amnesty, the less are available to people doing it legally.
You do know there are limits set on the numbers?
It is not just "allow as many as can file out the forms".
Many people wait for years for an openning.
Under the dream act the ones dong it legally will have to wait even longer, because of the illegals filling openings that would have gone to legal applicants.

Yes they would, however, since they are criminals "ILLEGAL ALIENS" they need to be returned to their country of birth and then allow them to fill out the paperwork to begin the process legally. Yes, I agree those who sell/make illegal drugs should be executed, drivers who are drunk and kill innocent people should also be executed, along w/ rapists, murdereers, and child molesters. Back to the subject at hand, an ILLEGAL ALIEN is just as much a criminal as a thief. The have broke into our country, trespassers, here illagally and need to be punished.....
