THUS PROVINGTEA PARTY MEMBERS ARE MORE EDUCATED THAN LIBERALS.

According to the latest New York Times/CBS News poll, Tea Party supporters are wealthier and more well-educated than the general public and are no more or less afraid of falling into a lower socioeconomic class.

The 18 percent of Americans who identify themselves as Tea Party supporters tend to be Republican, white, male, married, and older than 45.

Generally, they hold more conservative views on a range of issues than Republicans. They are also more likely to describe themselves as “very conservative” and President Barack Obama as “very liberal.”

Additionally, Tea Party supporters are more likely to classify themselves as “angry” while most Republicans say they are “dissatisfied” with Washington.

A year ago, the Tea Party movement burst onto the scene in protest of the economic stimulus package, and its supporters have vowed to purge the Republican Party of officials they consider not sufficiently conservative and to block the Democratic agenda on the economy, the environment and, health care. But the demographics and attitudes of those in the movement have been known largely anecdotally. The Times/CBS poll offers a detailed look at the profile and attitudes of those supporters.

Yes indeed just rap yourselves in the red-white and blue and use the very name of God when you need to right?

An appropriate question, given that the loudest RWNJs that want to force their morals down everyone else's throat are the ones that proclaim their Christian beliefs as the root of their motivations and that if everyone else doesn't adopt their tenets they'll force them down our throats. Why wouldn't someone ask these people what Jesus would do? It's a perfectly fair question.

I'm not attacking your faith, AL (chances are, it's mine as well). I'm attacking the concept of forcing personal dogma, lifestyle choices and moral codes down the throat of people that don't share those beliefs. If anything, that falls into the category of communism. What other people do with their lives is none of my business - that's between them and whatever deity they worship.

THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS WE NEED TO START ASKING OF OBAMA: (IT'S NOT SPAM...SPAM IS WHAT OBAMA READS FROM A TELEPROMPTER)

    - Our unfunded liability for Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid is close to $100 trillion. Is there any way to pay for these programs without bankrupting America?

    - We are in so much debt, why spend more borrowed money on cap-and-trade and healthcare programs before we stop the flow of red-ink?

    - The stimulus package funneled billions of dollars to ACORN. How does giving billions of dollars to ACORN stimulate the economy?

    - If it was so important for congress to pass the stimulus bill before they even had time to read it why has only a fraction of the stimulus money been spent?

    - Bush said he had to abandon free market principles in order to save them, how exactly does that work?

    - Why won’t members of Congress read the bills before they vote on them?

    - If politicians aren’t writing the bills and aren’t reading the bills, do they have any idea what these 1000 page plus bills actually impose on the American people?

    - If the ‘public option’ health care plan is so good why won’t politicians agree to have that as their plan?

    - If town hall meetings are intended for the politicians to learn what’s on our mind—why do they spend so much time talking instead of listening?

    - Why does it seem every member of the Obama advisory team hates capitalism, unless those companies (like G.E.) are in bed with the administration?

If Lloyd has his way, stations who don't comply to the governments definition of the "public interest" will have to pay a massive fine — that helps support public broadcasting:

    - Who defines "public interest"?

    - Why should it be balanced? Because it's public airwaves? (Well, there are public roads that go by my house and I don't count how many Republicans and Democrats are driving on them)

Where was your righteous indignation during the Bush administration?

    - Our unfunded liability for Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid is close to $100 trillion. Is there any way to pay for these programs without bankrupting America? Figure that out and you will have solved the problem that decades of presidential administrations haven't figured out. What's your solution?

    - We are in so much debt, why spend more borrowed money on cap-and-trade and healthcare programs before we stop the flow of red-ink? Healthcare reform pays for itself and reduces the deficit. If it doesn't, what better to spend money on - saving lives and providing health care for those who can't afford it as easily as you and I. Cap and trade hasn't gone into affect yet, but I'm fine with it if it helps leave a globe our great-grandchildren can live on.

    - The stimulus package funneled billions of dollars to ACORN. How does giving billions of dollars to ACORN stimulate the economy? ACORN was funded billions of dollars before the stimulus package. I think you just hate ACORN.

    - If it was so important for congress to pass the stimulus bill before they even had time to read it why has only a fraction of the stimulus money been spent? 'Cause all good things take time. Give it time. The economy's getting better....

    - If it was so important for congress to pass the stimulus bill before they even had time to read it why has only a fraction of the stimulus money been spent? 'Cause all good things take time. Give it time. The economy's getting better. Hang on for a minute.....

    - Bush said he had to abandon free market principles in order to save them, how exactly does that work? F*ck if I know. Ask Bush.

    - Why won’t members of Congress read the bills before they vote on them? I think they did. Did you hear otherwise? 2,000 pages is a lot for a Senator to read - they have more than one thing to do at a time. That's why they have aides they depend on.

    - Why are citizens mocked and laughed at when they ask their congressman to read the bills before they vote on them? I don't know. I expect my congressman to either read them or have their aides read them.

    - Was the cash-for-clunkers program meant to save the earth or the economy? Did it accomplish either? It wasn't designed to do either, simply make dent in both. It sure boosted the auto segment of the economy. And we now have more fuel-efficient vehicles on the road. The effect on the environment isn't going to be instantaneous with anything.

    - How did Van Jones, a self-proclaimed communist become a special advisor to the president? He was a friend. I have friends who are communists and a couple muslim buddies, too. Jones wasn't advising him on economic theory, was he?

    - Did President Obama know of Van Jones’ radical political beliefs when he named him special advisor? Probably. Van Jones hadn't been a radical in decades. You need to let the "Van Jones" obsession go.

    - The Apollo Alliance claimed credit for writing the stimulus bill—why was this group allowed to write any portion of this bill? I don't know. Who's the Apollo Alliance and what do they do? You seem to think they're evil.

    - If politicians aren’t writing the bills and aren’t reading the bills, do they have any idea what these 1000 page plus bills actually impose on the American people? Probably.

    - If the ‘public option’ health care plan is so good why won’t politicians agree to have that as their plan? They are/were.

    - If town hall meetings are intended for the politicians to learn what’s on our mind—why do they spend so much time talking instead of listening? "Town Hall" meetings (as the self-proclaimed Tea Party movement envisions them, anyway) are a modern-day intellectual equivalent to cage-fighting. Our founding fathers would puke. Funny you should complain about how politicians won't listen when the average Town Hall attendee wouldn't shut the hell up long enough to let the politicians taking the time to meet with their constituents get a word in edgewise. In fact, it's well-known that attendees have been advised on how to keep interrupting and peppering elected officials with questions without letting them answer in order to throw them off balance during the meetings. It's pretty obvious to the casual observer that Tea Baggers have no interest in listening, just screaming.

    - Politicians are refusing to attend town hall meetings complaining, without evidence, that they are scripted. Does that mean we shouldn’t come out and vote for you since every campaign stop, baby kiss and speech you give is scripted? See answer above. Why should they look forward to being shouted down by pissed off lunatics?

    - Why would you want to overwhelm the system? Narrow it down a little.

    - Is using the economic crises to rush legislation through congress what Rahm Emanuel meant when he talked about "not letting a crises go to waste"? Not sure, but what's wrong with taking a crisis and using the opportunity to enact legislation that helps us avoid future crises?

    - What are the czars paid? What is the budget for their staffs/offices? Don't know. Bush had more than Obama. What did he pay them? And why didn't anyone bitch about his "czars"?

    - Who is "surrounding" the President in the White House? Secret Service

    - Do any of the President's advisers have criminal records? Don't know. Do any of your friends?

    - Are the President's advisers working to better the country or their own ideals? If history is any indication, both.

    - Who are the anti-capitalists in Washington? Whaa.......?

    - What roles do they have in crafting bills? Dunno.

    - What was "STORM"? What happened to the founders, where are they now? Go do some research and let us know.

    - What qualifications must one have to be a Presidential adviser? Now you're just grasping at straws, catastrophizing and wasting all of our time. Get to some meaningful questions, would you?

    - What is the difference between a community organizer and a community activist? zzzzzzzzz....................

    - Do the czars have power? Did Bush's?

    - Should a communist have the ear of the President of the United States? Now you're boring us.

    - What role did the Apollo Alliance play in crafting bills? You asked that same question up-thread. Answer it for us, already.

    - Does the President know the co-founder of the Weather Underground is a board member of the Apollo Alliance? zzzzzzz.......

    - How many people in the administration are connected to the movement for a democratic society? NO!!! Not a democratic society?!?! The horror!

    - What role does George Soros play... CONSTITUTIONALLY? What role does Rupert Murdoch play..... Constitutionally?

    - Why does the FCC have a diversity "czar"? Who gives a damn?

    - Who is Mark Lloyd and how does he plan to "balance" the airwaves?

    - Will he bring back the Fairness Doctrine or worse?

    - Cass Sunstein once said he wants to balance the Internet; is that next?

    - Will broadcasters who leave the airwaves be allowed to go to satellite or Internet without government regulation?

    - Is there any place (that has a mass audience) where the government wont regulate free speech?

    - Who is posing a threat to us? Hypocritical tea-baggers.

    - Who will this "force" be made up of?

    - Who is the real enemy? Hypocritical tea-baggers and the ideologues that whip them into a lather.

    - Does the president know of a coming event? If not, who builds an army against an unrecognized enemy? Now you're just paranoid. Do you have large amounts of canned food, duct tape and visqueen in your basement?

    - Why won't the media get off their butts and look into these radicals in the White House? And into this civilian army?

Why don't you learn to actually engage with your own thoughts rather than post strings of stupid questions that are obviously cut-and-pasted from some tin-foil RWNJ web site?
