Mrkando 2012/07/26 02:08:10Foul+9To sacrifice the mother for the sake of an unborn is unforgivable. While they may be able to save the mother now, even if they let it go until the baby is born there is no guarantee the baby would be okay. The mother's life should always come first or we are in danger of slipping back to the dark ages when women had no value.

I wouldn't consider this abortion unless the mother could give birth to the baby and have him be healthy. If the mother can give birth and the treatment would kill the baby so the mother can live: this would be a very foul thing, what mother wouldn't give her life for her child?
Take care,
being pro-life is supposed to be pro-life. Not only foetus lives
I'm not a doctor so correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a pregnant mother suffering through serious stages of this disease just as dangerous for the baby? If the baby's life cannot be guaranteed in not treating the mother for her disease, they should not even consider not treating the mother. She has a right to life, too.
The girl's health should come first. Obviously abortion isn't a nice thing for any woman to go through, but it would be far preferable to her having the baby then dying and leaving it motherless.
If her cancer is not that sever yet then withholding treatment for the first three months during major fetal development should be fine
