My 9 month old granddaughter dialed 911 and got the entire house into trouble for not WATCHING her better... mom grabbed the phone and hung it up immediately but obviously 911 had already picked up the number..... So a dog accidentally hitting the buttons is no surprise to me.. Very glad it saved his life.

Animals are not robots. Some can think at a higher level. Some understand language. It is saud that certain animals,such as porpoises have an intelligence at the same level as man.Some smarter.

Just a fluke. Emergency number in GB is 999. If the dog had to change number that would be different.
