A woman was walking with her dog on a trail when a man passed by and remarked what a cute dog it was. But then, the man saw that the dog was wearing a pro-Obama shirt and said, "S**t, another one of those" and kicked the dog hard enough to bruise it. Some justice was served though, because the woman used her pepper spray on the man.
Across the country, people are reporting that they have been insulted, threatened or attacked for showing their support for Obama. This hatred has swelled to a high in light of McCain's dwindling chances of winning the election. It is evident in recent McCain rallies where people call Obama a terrorist and it is evident in this case where an innocent dog is painfully attacked.
This is just an election. No matter who wins, about half of the country is not going to be satisfied. But that doesn't mean they can go around disrespecting the other half of the country.

A new Obama ad targeted to Michigan voters says McCain "refused to support loan guarantees for the auto industry."
That was true, but it's not now – and it wasn't when this ad was made. Yet the ad doesn't mention McCain's changed position on government support for the carmakers.

I just watched the final debate and McCain wanted Obama to apologize for what someone else said. What? McCain did not apologize for his or Palin's lies. They have divided people and insulted a fellow American. Palin and her AIP convention address (2008) was more ANTI-American than anything Obama has ever said or done.
Obama sends a clear message that we stay above such low level tactics and we should focus on issues.

In Idaho...... they do not want thinning.... they want total wipe out......... This is what results from over population and the tolerance levels passed from the killings by packs.
For those of us living in the city we deal with the trauma of death and overpopulation from shelters from abandoned animals ....... The reality is more dogs are killed in Los Angeles, in a year, than all these states and the wolf population.
Don't criminalize Governor Palin for this....... this is the law of the wild...... and a necessity, nobody likes.
