He simply said that his message of lower taxes wouldn't appeal to people who don't pay taxes. It's true, it's Obama's base. The ones on SS should vote for Romney because under Obama they won't be able to afford groceries or gas.

There isn't anybody in America that doesn't pay taxes there are some people that don't pay income taxes because they don't make enough money, i.e. they make under the poverty line. But hey the Republicans want to tax the poor but not the rich!
There will be more poor with the rich sending more jobs overseas!
Remember only the rich send jobs overseas!

The truth is this...the rich pay a disproportionate amount of the taxes. The working poor (that doesn't necessarily mean full time or year round) get money back that they didn't even pay in with Earned Income Credit. The Republicans understand that making income taxes more progressive will kill the economy. They further understand that having the highest corporate taxes run business off shore and keep American companies from bringing money back to the US.

Obama is out touting the fact that HE saved GM and if anyone is exporting jobs, it is GM. He gives them our money and they take 70% of the jobs and run. Romney has a long history of running successful businesses and saving them. I don't think you understand anything about the economy and neither does Obama.

Remember, only the rich create jobs anywhere! Stop with the class warfare and envy and use some common sense. My husband just read a statistic that said most of the jobs added were part time for people 55 and over.
