The photo was taken during the National Anthem, not the Pledge of Allegiance. Protocol dictates that you should face the flag, which is what Obama and Clinton are doing. Richardson seems to like the camera better.

AT THE TIME this happened... I attributed nervousness and he forgot to raise his hand over his heart ( I now believe his chest may not contain a heart ... )

He named himself a black instead of an American, I knew then instantly why his hand was not over his heart. And he is not even "black". He is half white and is Luo.

One plus one easily equals two for me.

If you closely examine voting records of both sides of the aisle ( congress ) since Bush Sr as well as banking records , contributions et al , you will see plainly the truthful answer to that question.
