Why are cameramen allowed to harass ppl? Why do they have to get right in ppls faces? They surround a person like a pack of wolves and bump into the person with those heavy cameras. Ppl should have the right to walk freely and not be hammered by the media. Ppl are assumed innocent till proven guilty but the media if ignored will make up stories. The media can make or break a person like they successfully did to Palin and her family.

That is what happens when ETHICS .. a Code of Conduct are TOSSED AWAY!

It is those who VIOLATE the rights of others, the ones with OUT conscience .. the ones who clearly push/shove and engage in PERSONAL Attacks ... they are NOT "Journalists" .. just more thugs, bullies .. and definitely ones who should NEVER be part of the '4th Estate'.

It is more of a big, huge scheme of partisanship ... sponsorship -- promotion of those agreeing with the money trail.

Personally -- all these rags .. these gossip mongering nastiness .. are FAILING .. and should be ALLOWED to fail utterly. They'll figure out (maybe) what's wrong when they are GONE and there's no one lapping at their doorsteps.

The media has always been out of control. Now it is worse because we are living in total media driven times.

The media has lots of privileges but not too many rights. The press is not too responsible with the power they do have.

When they step on another's rights for personal space, they should be held accountable.

Regardless of how much we hate this type of "journalism" there is this pesky thing called Freedom of the Press. The biggest way we as the citizens of this country can combat this problem is to NOT buy their publications. Rags like the Enquirer wouldn't do the things they do if so many didn't buy their rags. Same with newspapers.

Too many rights? Probably not. Not enough RESPONSIBLITY demonstrated to UNBIASED truth? MOST DEFINITELY!
The other thing they are going is putting down those who are not drinking the Kool-aid, just another variation of censorship.

I know one thing for sure, they do not have much responsibility and their current conduct is driving their industry to bankruptcy. Goodbye and good riddance.
